Used to be my favorite restaurant but every time I come in they screw something up. Ordered the California special burger and received this absolute dumpster fire. Great Western Bacon Burger Combo. Walked in to find a Clean dining area. Friendly staff greeted me and took my order. Bathroom was clean also. Food came hot and as ordered. Bacon was cooked perfectly for me and fries were hot and crispy.

Not as good as it used to be. Grilled cheese was not grilled. I threw it out. Ketchup packets were stuck together with old gooey ketchup. Diet Coke was flat. There are better Carl's Jr.s, so drive on.

I haven't had a lot off the menu, normally when I stop by I just get a famous star, and maybe some fried zucchini if I'm extra hungry. Where is chicken? First they only put one sandwich on my order, I had to order the second one at the window. Then when I got home, they did not give me any sauce. When i opened my sandwich, the chicken was only big enough for half the sandwich. I am very unsatisfied!!

Went through drive thru at 2:00PM on a Tuesday. Ordered a Medium Bacon Burger Combo. Fries were stale and cold. Bacon was undercooked and rubbery. The burger patty was also Luke warm. The only 2 good things were the veggies on the burger were fresh and the bun was soft. Won’t be back.
