I was visiting from Wichita, Kansas and my daughter's family took me for dinner here. It was a great experience. The server was lovely and efficient, the food was delicious, the portions generous and the prices fantastic.
I used to work in taylorville and one of its treasures is Angelo's pizza! We would get it at the pharmacy from time to time and enjoyed it every time. I moved away but continued to see my Dr in town even though I lived in Chicago just do I could go to Angelo's when I come to town!!! I still love the meat lover pizza, the salad I get before and the atmosphere!! Truly worth the drive!!!
You have to try the pizza! I swear, I don't know how the other pizza places stay in business. Angelo's pizza is superior and it is totally worth the price. And now that the Express is open, I can get amazing pizza at the drive thru and not have to wrestle a toddler AND hot pizza to the car. Thank you Angelo's!!
As always our food was YUMMY!!! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend Angelos to everyone!!!

Meant my son and daughter in law at Angelo's.....I had their Lasagna special it was one of the best lasagnas I have ever had...it came with a very good salad and 4 pieces of garlic bread it was less than $10.00...Taylorville is lucky to have this little gem.
Lasanga and pizza were great!! Also enjoyed the garlic cheese breadsticks!! Bring an Angelo's to Decatur!!!
Gotta love a salad that's half cheese! Tasty pizza too. I need to get back and try a horseshoe or one of their CHEAP pasta specials. Someone had the $6.99 lasagna special the night we were there, and it was decent-sized.
We have been here several times for lunch/dinner. They are always fast and friendly. Love the marinara sauce.
