Kfc - Taylorville - Photo album

Went here today at 4:14pm. They where slow no big lines. Cashier Annie was a bit rude and could use an attitude adjustment. Ordered my meals. Why make something $10.00 or more is half the stuff in it is cold.
Had wings fry's , classic chicken sandwiches, mac n cheeze and corn. All was delicious service was great. Dining room was clean and roomy. Was there after lunch hr. so noone else there. Bathrooms were pretty dirty and smelly and in need of mechanical maint. Other than that was a great experience.
Horrible customer service worker in drive through was very rude. Waited 25 minutes with no one else in line. Went inside to talk to a manager and had to wait another 10 minutes to talk with them. Still didn't get my food and finally got money back. After we put an order in with somewhere else they

Ordered our food. Lady told us 16 min wait. We waited 25, then went in and they were just dropping the chicken and told us another 20 min wait. We watched 5 cars come in and out of drive thru with their food. Not sure if they are understaffed or just behind. But either way it was ridiculous

Chicken was so hard to eat. It tasted like it was doubled dipped. The floor was filthy. The cooks were not wearing masks. Service was good and everything else tasted good.
Great Food!!! My parents picked up some food after running an errand in Springfield and its 100% better than the local KFC here as this one is clean, fast service, and still has a buffet. I was impressed and can see why people drive 30+ miles to get it. It was worth the drive and beats the KFC in De
