Probably my favorite restaurant in Tehachapi. It can get busy but the kitchen keeps the quality top notch, I've never been disappointed. This is a sushi restaurant and while I love their sushi it's the menu items that keeps me coming back. Katsudon, sukiyaki, unagi, and yakisoba are my favorites. The salmon skin hand roll is by far the best.

Great food. I love their food. I have eaten there many times and it is consistently well prepared. The service not so much. They tend to hire grouchy servers and I'm not a demanding customer. You can see the sushi chefs and they are always welcoming. To me it's worth putting up with lousy, grouchy service.

Pretty good food. If you go in on a busy night service is horrible. But on a slower night service is decent. The volcano roll (if you like cheese) and Philly are very good as well as avocado tempura appetizer.

There's a reason this sushi restaurant has been around so long! Good service and fresh, tasty fish. We go every time we're in Tehachapi. Thanks Jun!

Sushi in Tehachapi. Went to eat there for the first time a few weeks ago and I thought that their rolls were very good. I can't remember the names exactly, but the roll made with salmon skin was very good as was their spider roll. Our server seemed a bit new and distracted she even forgot to order one of our rolls, but I'd definitely go back, I'm sure it was a one time thing. Definitely go by and get your sushi on!

Best Tehachapi restaurant for nearly 20 years running. Family run. Great to show off to out-of-towners who think Tehachapi's a "burn".

This is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Tehachapi. I tried all of them several times and Kasagiri blows the rest of them out of the water. I won’t even bother going anywhere else anymore. So far I have tried the lobster roll (expensive but my favorite!), dragon roll, rainbow roll, baked philly, killer philly, and spider roll and they were all amazing. I also really enjoyed the deep fried soft shell crab appetizer. The salad that comes with meals is really good and comes covered in crab! Highly recommended if you are looking for a good sushi joint! I uploaded pictures of the entire menu (you can also order for carry out!)

First time here! The Sushi is delicious and very fresh. I tried the garlic albacore roll and the scallop roll, I enjoyed both rolls. We also got a combo dinner, I believe it was combo #3 the chicken and beef were very tasty and tender, the combo also had tempura. The salad with the soy vinaigrette was outstanding. What do they put in the soy vinaigrette? If anyone knows how to make it, let me know. Prices were very reasonable. The service is good and server was very knowledgeable of the menu. Remember this was my first time there so we had lots of questions, she answered every question we asked. I will definitely go back again. 5 stars is not enough for this place I give it 10 stars across the board. Thank you for the delicious dinner and wonderful service. See y'all again soon!!

Very surprised by this quality sushi in tehachapi! Oh my, what I have been missing out on all this time! Not only was the taste fabulous, but it was chilled just right, which I can sometimes be a little picky about. Also, don’t skip the edamame! Top notch!

This is a very good restaurant. Their sushi is always delicious, and never gets me sick, unlike Ichiban. I always get the baked rolls, and usually go here about once or twice a month. My only complaint is, I just wish they weren’t so busy and overcrowded sometimes. But I guess it’s actually a good sign if it is, because that just means they’re really really good, which of course, they are.
