The BEST sushi restaurant in Tehachapi. Everything is amazing. The salmon tastes great. Tried the deep fried cheese cake, that was also really good. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Mindoro has a really eclectic assortment of sushi, some of which I’ve never had anywhere else. On this trip we split The Gentleman and Shadow Ridge along with a couple appetizers and the requisite sake and beer. All were quite good.
