We did order from the car (1 in the afternoon) it was a breeze. No waiting time. However I ecreived my drink with the lid full of liquid. I didn't know about it. As a consequence I ended up with liquid on me an my seat. Uggg
Very slow drive-thru. Very slow counter service too! After 5 minutes, the cashier (Alondra) slowly came out from the back office. She didn't know how to enter "free baconator" coupons or print the receipt. Cook burns everything. “Baconator” is very salty because of the salty sausage, salty baco

I went yesterday for my friend Gina’s birthday and I had a two Coca Colas small & extra large, a Cheeseburger plain, large fries, & chicken nuggets I didn’t get a frosty this time.
The cooking has gone downhill. Fries are heavily salted and not hot. Last night they decided to close the place for a party? At 6pm.... what kind of place is having their holiday at the fast food place? I get it, times are hard and you guys aren't fairing too well. Hoping you get it together soon.
