#1 in every aspect. On top of serving truly authentic gelato (made fresh daily no less), you will not find more excellent service or a more welcoming environment. The establishment has a very clean and colorful feel that is inviting to families or individuals of all ages and the staff is phenomenal. Personally I got the cappuccino gelato but there wasn't one flavor that I sampled that i wouldn't get a large helping of. If businesses were to model their practices after this establishment, in terms of customer service, quality, environment, human relations, etc., the world would be a much brighter place. Definitely coming back and bringing all that I can to the Gem of the Promenade
One of the owners, Davide, is also the one that makes the ice creams. He does a lot of options that are vegan and GF as well as options for people with nut allergies. You can taste the creaminess of his non-dairy ice creams which he makes by including enough plant based milk. He also changes the flavors often and includes seasonal favorites like pumpkin spice. This is a must try for anyone in the area.
This place is awesome. Located across from the food court, at the SEARS entrance.
Primo is the proprietor and really took his time to interact with us and especially our one year old daughter. He even gave her a sample size of the strawberry lemon gelato because she enjoyed the sample that we had outside.
Wife and I got the peach tea granita (shaved ice) and it's very very good.
Everything here is made in house, behind a glass wall for your viewing pleasure.
We don't come to the Temecula Promenade often, but I can't imagine not patronizing this place each time that we do.
The owner is really nice, the gelato is good and there are bean bag seats if you are in to that kind of thing
AMAZING!!! The gelato was incredible! The owner was so friendly and truly PASSIONATE about the gelato he makes fresh daily! I thought I was passionate about my own business but he puts my passion to shame!! Definitely left there smiling :)
The lemonade flavor was amazing and the people made it inviting and gave us a friendly experience! 10/10 would highly recommend. Definitely coming back!

Great variety of flavors. Very smooth and delicious. And staff is very friendly and helpful especially when trying to figure out which flavor to order.
