If I could give a zero I would. The two young employees working here were rude to my two kids and making fun of them as they were making their order. Very bad customer service. Will never come to this place again. I would have gone in and said something but my kids told me after we left.

I went to Subway and ask for my Sandwich to be toasted. She put it in the toaster and the Sandwich was not even hot/toasted. I kept asking for light toppings and she would give regular portions. I wanted to call to see if it could atleast get it toasted or remade but the store closed. Really upsetting would change my review if the customer service can make this right.

Ordered on mobile for lunch pick up. Wasn't what I ordered and didn't know until I got back to work. It was fresh but not what I ordered. How hard is it to read a order. Very disappointing since I don't eat out much right now because of covid.

Today's crew handled it! Two men came into the store and ordered around 30 sandwiches on the spot! I was next in line and couldn't believe it. Why not order a large number of sandwiches like that by phone at least it was 12:00 noon today is Saturday!
