I picked up my order which was ready on time. The person assisting me at the counter was Sierra (sp). She was excellent. Not only did she assist all customers quickly and efficiently but also returned to package pizzas and other orders while not engaged at the front counter. She was friendly and

Pizza arrived lopsided and with toppings fallen to one side. Tried contacting the store multiple times with no answer.Tried contacting different stores and they said they couldn't do anything other than recommend to keep calling. Very disappointed.

The service and food was excellent however, I am sad that Pizza Hut no longer offers the flavored crust. In addition to that, awhile back you also disconnected the drizzle. These 2 options really helped set you apart from other pizza places. You should bring them back for 2022.

I swear every-time we decide to order pizza from this location it’s closed. Just tried again at 6pm and closed. Maybe short staffed? Not sure, but I honestly don’t know how they are surviving staying open at this location 🤷🏻‍♀️

Better communication when taking customer orders over the phone, as we had so many issues, we ended the call and ordered online instead. Also, one of our pizzas had a thin crust that was over cooked, making it hard to eat.

My pizza and breadsticks were cold and hard, I was very disappointed when I scheduled a delivery and it was late. I was looking forward to having our food hot and fresh for us, but unfortunately that wasnt the case.

I messed up an order. It was entirely my fault and Natalie helped me. She may be the nicest lil angel in the entire Temecula valley. Pizza Hut will be foolish to ever let her go.
