We had the best server on Jan 12, 2018. She was full of personality and positivity. Our food was delicious and filled us up.

The service was excellent! Thanks Brennen and Justin. Justin was "training" that night but was quickly moving to be a master server. The steak that my husband has was perfect (ribeye). I had surf and turf - it was great!

Had the sweetest waitress, Felicia. Super sweet and kind (we had a little baby with our party). She made the lunch stress free and very enjoyable! The manager was also super friendly!

First time a this location. The service was great. We got the hot honey shrimp and they were amazing. Forgot to take pic before eating. The boys loved their burgers. I wasn't happy about my steak it was chewy and burnt. The manager was nice he gave us a $20 gift card for next time.
Appetizer (blooming onion flower) came out quickly! Friendly staff- especially the manager! Only problem is they never brought our 2 orders of fries that came with the meals, when reminded- still only one order came out and barely warm and they just weren’t good fries. The sirloin on the other hand was SO amazing! Along with the chicken! Asparagus were good as well but nothing special about it. I had a watermelon alcohol drink and boy was it too strong! Sent it back but friendly service! Mac and cheese has a bit of a peppery kick but good!

Kudos to the team at Outback, especially the manager (Jim), for providing us with a wonderful experience early Sunday evening (9/24/23). We popped in around 5pm; firstly because I had a craving for red meat, secondly to honor our departed parents' 68th wedding anniversary. It had been a long time since our last visit to Outback, which means there were some new items on the menu.
The second we approached the podium, Jim exuberantly welcomed us, and the hostess beside him seated us immediately. Within seconds our server (Ivy) reached our table with waters, followed shortly after with their bread.
The Sydney 'shrooms were flavored perfectly, plus they came out hot. The bartender brought us our drinks since Ivy was busy (kudos to the bartender for stepping up!).
We ordered a couple cocktails to toast the folks (smoked bourbon & orange something and Huckleberry Hooch Moonshine). The bourbon was so smooth and the moonshine was tasty going down.
Jim popped by our tables a couple times, asking how things were going. He was such a personable and outgoing guy, his welcoming vibe put & kept smiles on our faces. The prime rib and Filet Sheila were excellent.
We "lost" Ivy for a bit towards the end of the meal, but it did begin to get busier. There was a table beside us that went five minutes w/o anyone approaching their table. Jim had just delivered food to another table in our area, I flagged him down to say something about the ignored table (I didn't want the customers to give a bad review for being ignored!), he was gushing his thanks. He immediately dropped off his empty tray & approached the customers, apologizing profusely for the wait.
Dessert was the caramel cookie skillet. Oh. Em. Gee. Mouthwatering!
If you haven't checked out Outback, or it has been awhile, give the Tempe Southern Ave. location a go.
I had a fantastic dining experience at Outback Steakhouse! The food was delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive, making it a memorable evening. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty meals!
Brought some relatives from Texas in on December 4, 2023. We started out with the Blooming Onion appetizer and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!! Everyone loved it. Our group ordered steak and shrimp on fettucine, lobster and steak meal, and a burger. The food was very good and the steak came as ordered 'well done'. Our service employee was names Liliana and she was great. She was quick with the appetizer, ordering the food, and the accuracy with the orders. She was a beautiful young lady with a gorgeous smile. She was professional and accommodating, sincerely engaging with the customer. It was phenomenal when the manager personally came over to the table asking how we enjoyed the food. This is a great endeavor to keep customers coming. Customer service was incredible. Will return.
Restaurant was clean, staff were friendly, and the food was amazing. Prices were high, but an overall great experience!
I want to start with our server, she was super friendly and courteous! I ordered shrimps and lobster tails, love the seasoned rice with it. Their onion bloom thing was not crunchy and was kind of soggy.

Everything was great! Jonathan was helping us out and was very helpful, I spilled steak sauce on the table and he was very quick and on top of it to help me out! He is very sweet & made sure we were taken care of during my moms birthday dinner! Thanks outback steak house
This is our favorite Outback location. The steak is always cooked exactly to order, and the flavors are outstanding. We got the steak chili this time around and were very impressed. Aside from the food, the service is always wonderful. Our server, Brandon, made sure to wish my dad a happy birthday and took care to ensure we had everything we needed to make our dinner occasion a special one. Jonathan was our assistant server and he was incredibly attentive, sweet, and friendly, and also made sure we got everything we needed. 10/10 will always comes back!
My son ordered steak and shrimp. Got steak. My daughter order the pasta with steak and shrimp and side of macaroni. Never got macaroni. I ordered strawberry margarita. They made my strawberry margarita out of the regular and added strawberry flavor.
Great food, our server was friendly and attentive.Aves? My all-time fav salad dressing is the blue cheese vinaigrette, so I inquired about purchasing some to bring home. Our server brought us about 8ozs!

Amazing food and drinks. Our server Priscilla took such great care of us and Jonathan made sure we had everything we needed. The manager Jim foster was incredible. He walks around and truly cares about his guests. You could tell this is a wonderfully tan placed. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
I've been in Arizona for just over a year and have found it fairly difficult to find a good steak. Being from a small-town in the middle cowboy country probably made me a little spoiled. Anyhow, I had the bone in ribeye, cooked medium and my goodness it was delicious. It's just been to long since I've had a good cut of beef in front of me.
I recommend that or the porterhouse.
The food was so good. You can’t go wrong with steak and ribs! The service was quick and very fast.
Johnathan was our server assistant and he was so great. He really made me feel like my needs were heard as I was not satisfied with our service originally. I got the steak and shrimp Alfredo pasta which Johnathan informed me was his favorite. It was delicious as the steak (medium rare) was so tender and delicious. Will come back just to be a part of his infectious energy!
I walked into outback to pick up an Uber order, and I overheard a conversation between a customer putting in a to go order, and the front house manager, Jim. He was so nice and warm to the customer. Their conversation made me smile just listening to the interaction. So I had to leave a review just because he made my day and I know he made the customers day. Jim. If you ever see this. Keep up the good work. Customer service doesn’t get much better than what I saw today with you. Stay blessed.
