Anyone who says this place isnt special is an idiot. Dylon below said the food was fine but gave it a one star like a moron lol. This is, by far, the best burger joint in Tempe. The food has the great taste, the frys are bomb as hell, the custard is far beyong crappy ice cream everywhere else. Also, if you want more food, you dont have to wait in line, you just need to go up to the order kiosk and order from there! It is perfection! Some friends were staying with me and wanted something I havent tried before so we settled on this. We have now gone back, everyday since then, 4 days ago. Great customer service! Love it!

In from Southern California for the Rock’n’Roll Half Marathon... staying at Aloft..across the street from In & Out and we wanted something different. Accomplished!!!! Loved it!!! Put an egg on it �� shared the fries & onion rings... and shared a swirl custard!!!! Nice atmosphere & great customer service �����
Pretty okay burgers and fries. They are the perfect cut of fries, but a bit overcooked. I assume it's not a fluke because they look overcooked in the images in the menu. The service was very friendly and the restaurant looks very cool. I might come back to try some of the unique burger choices... But the basic cheese burger did not have any special qualities. I did appreciate that the burger meat wasn't overcooked like most places.
This place is more than adequate for your fast food needs. The burgers are cooked well, the fries are cooked well, and the prices are slightly higher than your average burger joint. I prefer a little char on my burgers, and, while the meat was cooked correctly, the meat was pretty wet; which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Everything there is a la carte, including the burgers; however, the portions are large (which is why the price is higher). A large fry costs $5. The fries are actually very good. As far as fast food quality fries go, they are better than Five Guys. Their sauces are also interesting. The ranch sauce has a spicy, almost "blackened ranch" taste, and their house sauce is basically Thousand Island with larger pieces of relish than what you're probably used to. I could see myself returning here if I'm looking for a good burger, and I don't mind paying an extra dollar or two to get it.
A great place to watch sports and enjoy fresh burgers and fries with your friends. Prices are on the higher side and size of the burger patty is small compared to other burger joints nearby. I had the CEO burger without the bacon jam and Parmesan garlic fries. Kids eat free on Sunday. They also serve beer.
This was my first time here and it was great. We went on custard day, but got a full meal to try them out, the burgers were delicious. Nice atmosphere and staff. The fries were a little bland, only thing I noticed.
Omgoodness outstanding!! This burger place was so 🔥! Everything fresh! Real fries! A bit expensive but so worth the price. Burger FI is a must try!!!! They have alternative options for those that do not eat meat as well.

This place has some of the best burgers hands down! I like the burgerfi burger on lettuce wrap because it allows me to indulge in the fries and onion rings! Staff is wonderful and place is always clean. I love the implementation of new technology where we can order by kiosk freeing up the counter guys time.
I was sceptical of BurgerFi at first due to the higher than average price, but the ability to customize your burger and fries exactly how you want is such a nice feature. The spices and sauce are near-perfect though additions are rather pricey. If you're willing to spend a little bit more than average, this place will meet or exceed your stomach's needs.
It was my first time trying BurgerFi and it was absolutely delicious! The customer service was excellent, the presentation was well above average, and the environment felt so welcoming. All the flavors were there too. An extremely well seasoned veggie burger is what you see below but I bet you couldn't tell 💯 Recommend 10/10 for feeling not only my stomach but my heart ❤️ Thank you!

the bun seems like an egg bun and at a good size, 4 Stars because I feel like the burger needs to be slightly bigger for that price.

Great experience eating at this restaurant. Food was great, staff was friendly. We Grabbed the beyond burger and veggie burger and it was great. Would recommend.
BurgerFi was voted Arizona's best burger in 2019 so naturally, I rushed over there to see for myself. Yep! Completely impressed! We ordered ahead of time so I could pickup for a mini-road trip and it was effortless! It's modern and quick. The kiosk is such an awesome new trend popping up around the valley.
I ordered 3 cheese burgers and all three cheeseburgers were 10/10. I was impressed with the bun, its soft on the inside but grilled on the inside. It was a fluffy crunch. The juicy patty and the american cheese were perfection.
$28 for 3 cheeseburgers isn't chill and a lot when you order no sides or drinks. In the future, i'll definitely return for further "research". :)
The service was excellent and the food was definitely delicious. I had the bacon cheese burger and fries. I highly recommend the truffle fries! 😋
