Quick story: Today my car battery died in this Starbucks parking lot. I walked inside embarrassingly and asked if anyone would be willing to help me jump start my car. An employee named Taylor volunteered immediately and came out and helped me jump start my car. Once we were done and had my car started up again, he asked me if I was even able to get coffee yet and I said no. He then said okay, stay with your car (since it needed to stay running) and I will go back inside real quick and get you one on the house. He then asked me what I wanted, I told him and he went inside to get it for me. Talk about customer service and going above and beyond. Thank you Taylor for making my morning a bit less stressful and helping me out, I truly appreciate it! This is the type of kindness that is worth sharing.

Almost everything tasted good and was made pretty fast! Just don't get the breakfast burritos, my sister has to spit hers out.

I have visited many Starbucks. I am surprised how more and more of them are locking the restrooms! They let people sit there all day and not really buy anything but, for paying customers I had to be let in. He wouldn't even just tell me the code. That's strange to me.

Service was friendly and efficient. Not a long line. Staff thanked us for coming as we left. Drink was good and atmosphere was business/homework friendly.

Maia made out day so much better. The Starbucks we ordered at was no longer at that location and took our money!!! Maia gave us great customer service and helped with the morning frustrations.

Honestly, this is my second home. They never fail me here. Every time I go there every worker has a smile on their faces and they keep that positive attitude even when turning away from customers.

It's just like most other Starbucks. Not great but not bad. Definitely have coffee and tea.

I just have to talk about the amazing customer service at this store. I walked in, even though there was a huge drive through line, was greeted immediately. Somehow the cashier knew I needed an extra shot in my coffee and asked unprompted. The person making my drinks complimented my outfit and made my drink extremely quickly. Then as I was leaving they said bye to me by name like we were long time friends. Seriously above and beyond!

Aside from having a poorly placed drive through, the experience was the Starbucks Experience! It was a bit better actually. The did not have any pumpkin muffins in the case, but they had frozen ones, so they offered me one. I have been wanting to try it for 2 years, and every time, every location I had visited did have any. A huge thank you to that Barista, you have earned a customer for life!
