I'm from MN....and we don't have anything like this there!!!(that I'm aware of...) I'll be honest....this place is a "one trick pony"....they do rice bowls....with brown or white rice...choice of three proteins...(beef/chicken/tofu)...and that's it!!!! But....it's a pretty good trick!!!! MOST places have a few ingredients and just place them in different bowls or shells... What I like about this place....it's simple...it's healthy...it's GOOD without needing a gimmick... What could be done better? Less/low sodium options? How about GLUTEN FREE!!! (My wife has celiac....) Maybe some additional sauces? (The magic sauce was good....but how about Korean BBQ?) Also I had some pieces of chicken with cartilage...but it was cooked well..and flavorful! The rice was cooked well as well! It was a bit pricey for what it is...but I had the plate...and I left full!!!! Also..the name is a little misleading....but that's me being difficult.. Bottom line is I hope this chain makes it! In a food chain world ruled with fat, sodium, and gimicks that make you think something is healthy..and it's not...it's nice to have "healthier" options like this place!!! This location needed a little "tweaking" (cleaning & straightening up...maybe another employee? They only had two people working) but the guy I dealt with was very friendly and seemed to be working hard! You know what....go for a nice long walk after work....and instead of stopping early to cook..or over going to a burrito place...give this place a try....I promise you will feel better....

Honestly this place seemed sketchy off the highway tucked behind the apartments but you must try it. Honestly it's great price is reasonable and not overly inflated and tastes great staff are amazing

Both staff members I spoke with were extremely helpful (I had never eaten this type of food before) and friendly. Then on to the food. amazing. I have found my new favorite lunch spot. The chicken is cooked perfectly and it tastes delicious. I tend to avoid the spicy side of things so I can't comment on most the sauces but the "magic" sauce was incredible.

This is one of my new favorite lunch spots. They have happy hour from 2-5 pm everyday! Weekends are not excluded. You get a hot meal with a drink for under $5. Try any and all sauces and even without. Tasty and healthy.

Healthy fast food! I was surprised at how much meat they put on the regular sized bowl. My husband got the half chicken, half Angus beef bowl and he said it was very good. I got the chicken breast, which took a little bit longer as they cook it to order, but it too was very good.

Quality food, simple easy fast. I'm here at least once a week. Staff is friendly but sometimes inconsistent, just depends on the mood of the rep behind the counter. I will echo comments from other reviews that sometimes the cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved.

Moved here from California. Hubs & I loved Flame Broiler back home....was totally excited to see one just open up here! We missed our teriyaki bowls. I usually get just chicken, but the beef looked and tasted great. Went half & half tonight. Burning the heck out my mouth with the triple hot sauce lol Staff was welcoming, helpful & very pleasant to talk to. Looking forward to more visits & yummy bowls. Great service with a smile. Thanks!

I could eat here everyday if I could! Staff is always friendly and the food is fabulous! It is a little hidden in a small shopping complex, so it is never really busy when I go which is a plus! Food always tastes fresh and the vegetables are made once you place your order.

It was a great visit, super friendly staff, although some of them can be a little hard to understand. I got the normal menu, not the premium, and oved the angus beef and the spicy chicken bulgogi. The kimchi is good as well! Their soy sauce/mirin sauce and the chili sauce are both awesome! It's pretty reasonable for all you can eat, just know you only have two hours total! The pineapple dessert item on the menu is also excellent, a perfect finisher! I would stay away from the pork chop, as it takes too long to cook and is pretty fatty, as well as the beef bulgogi, as it has a nice flavor, but is mostly fat and gristle. The sesame beef is really good. Its 17.99 for the normal menu, no drinks included, but come hungry and you'll definitely leave satisfied!

This place is a hidden gem. Went there for the first time and although the menu is very simple, the quality of the food is fantastic. The magic sauce is magic! Awesome service and very fresh custom order. I will definitely be back again.

Love this place. Perfectly portion controlled rice veggies with the right amount of tasty proteins. I am in here once a week when I don't meal prep my lunch for work. It hasn't disappointed me yet.

Basic bowl menu with chicken, beef, and tofu protein choices. Served over white or brown rice, blanched vegetables, salad mix, or a combo of them. Quick service and reasonable prices. Sauces are not described well, but are well paired with the food flavors. The "Magic Sauce" is a teriyaki flavor, "Hot" is a mild vinegary buffalo sauce, "Double Hot" is spicy-sweet green chili sauce (possibly with tomatillos), and the "Triple Hot" sauce is deep red in color with a robust and complex flavor.
