So yummy! I went to @koodteabarcafe yesterday for the first time, and I can’t wait to go back. I tried the cold noodles with garlic sauce, bean curd noodles, and the honey grapefruit tea. The cold noodles were really refreshing especially with the temperatures rising. The garlic sauce was a little overpowering at first, but it quickly melded in with the noodles. The bean curd noodles were interesting. I wasn’t sure about the texture of the noodles, and the noodles don’t take on too much flavor from the chili oil, but I still couldn’t stop myself from eating them. The prices are very reasonable, and I had plenty of leftovers. I will definitely be back with more people next time, so I can taste more!
Pretty good food. I got a medium spicy bowl with beef, radish, mushrooms, seaweed, cabbage, lotus root, and sweet potato noodles. Although I wasn't a fan of the noodles, everything else was fire. Super tasty broth and good beef. I was partially sick and i think it's curing me up.
Discovered this little shop on accident and I am happy I did. The food is a build your own type of meal with lots of selections. The menu even includes items for the more adventurous palate, beef throat and chicken feet to name two of the few I saw.
The base or the broth can be ordered in different levels of heat. I ordered the hot original but I think next time the mild will be better for me. The hot was as described, it didn't make it inedible but I was sweating and lips were burning.
The portion is shareable, one order is big enough for two people. The restuarant is small and is a hole in the wall type place but very good. You get 10% off for paying with cash. I'd recommend this place to friends looking for something new to eat.
This restaurant has authentic Chinese food. I really like to choose all meat combo with spicy because of worth every penny. There are fixed meats in the set menu, you can also choose different six kinds of vegetarian dishes. The service is good enough especially during COVID-19. They will use tables to separate customers in order to make the restaurant to be safety. I really recommend this restaurant!
This place is amazing!!! Huge amount of food!!! It’s CRAZY! Food are so good! I’m literally crying! Service also very friendly and incredibly nice! I strongly recommend this restaurant!!! I would definitely come back!
The rice noodle is really good!!! They just accept pick up rn but they clean and disinfect the whole store make me feel safe lol. Always a good choice when you have no idea about what to eat
Very nice little place! Staff is extremely friendly and are willing to accommodate to your tastings. My aunt and I decided to try this place out for the more traditional Chinese foods. Just a heads up, any spicy broth is going to be SPICY. But I don't see how that's a problem, I enjoy spicy foods but it was a little too much which is kind of my fault knowing traditional Chinese food has lots of spice. If you love heat, this is definitely for you! Food came out pretty fast and our waiter was extremely polite. It wasn't really my cup of tea, but I would definitely recommend this place if you're a fan of the more traditional Chinese food. They have a wide variety and it's something different. I'll be coming back to try the tea or another item :)
It was incredible! You're given a printed menu and a sharpie to mark what you want. Each person can get a preplanned combo bowl or pick individual ingredients to go in their hot pot bowl. Great selection of different meats and veggies to choose from, and the staff are happy to help explain if you never been there before. Great service; I mean it felt like we had just ordered when we started getting our milk teas and then the food arrived. Definitely going to go back to try combos, different mixes from the build your own, and there's a whole back side of the menu yet to try. Definitely love this place <3
this restaurant has great safety awareness during the Covid-19. I'm impressed that they r using tables to separate the customer and the waiter to avoid the risk of infection. Everytimes I pick up the order from this restaurant, I feel safety and comfortable.
It's Christmas eve, so the staff was relaxed and casual today, but genuinely happy to see us come in. The noodles we got were great, and we finished maybe half before getting stuffed. English was kind of an afterthought on the menus, but that just speaks to how genuine the food is
