The level of service at this Wendy's is exceptional. I stopped in for a few of their gluten free products during lunch & they were pleasant & very courteous. Food was good, place is clean & calming atmosphere.
The drive thru for this particular location is not visible unless you already know that it's there because it is not marked in any way to show you that they have one and the entrance to the drive thru is halfway down the parking lot closest to the automotive store and not in a place that you would normally find the drive thru entrance. The store is a bit dated but the food was great. The gentleman working the register was less than stellar and seemed to want to push us out the door as though he was super busy and there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant besides another couple.
I work here now a month great location near my place easy going staff with locked security bathrooms. Love it. Thanks for hiring me. I Love Wendy's food and menu and so proud to be apart of such a great company. Which I'd been hired years ago when I really was trying to grow with the company. However, I've nothing but great things to say about Wendy's. I'm waiting to try the breakfast menu. I haven't yet.
So I go every Wednesday morning for breakfast for all my employees I'll order a combos eight separate sets of french fries I'm sorry French toast and the Baconator breakfast sandwich if you haven't tried it I double dare you to try it and their breakfast potatoes are on point it's a higher quality breakfast it tastes really good and it's fresh they also have flavored vanilla and chocolate iced coffees that are pretty darn good check them out clean us some Wendy's I've seen on Baseline in Tempe Arizona near Arizona Mills
I love wendys 4 for 4 deal ! I also use the wendys app for more deals on burgars n sides ! Its close to where i stay and affordable ! I give a five * for the food only. Customer service could be worked on but not to bad for fast food ! I will recommend to everyone rich or poor kids or no kids ") you'll like the food and be satisfied
Food came out hella fresh and hot! Y'all need to be patient and understanding to these eating establishments that are short handed! Bless you guys!
The fountain drink dispenser in the dining room had several out of stock items, so we had to ask for drinks and refills.
The staff was really nice, and understanding. The guy who was cooking when I went in (may also be the manager), was incredibly cool. He went above and beyond for me, having gone in, having kind of a rough time that day and in a bit of a pickle. Also, he brought my pup his very own bacon. Brutus approves (:
This is the absolute best Wendy’s I have ever been to! I used to not want to go back to Wendy’s cause it was awful now that I found this Wendy’s I can’t stay away! It’s ridiculous how good it is! They never seem to disappoint and always fast service no errors in my orders as well as nothings missing and it takes amazing
Clean fast and courteous. Never that busy. M Wish they had remembered the hot chili sauce to go with my chili. It makes the chili so much tastier! Only good deal was off the mobile app which I missed.
Tried their new Pineapple Mango Lemonade. It was the best drink I have ever had at a fast food place. I now go there and just order a drink sometimes as I think it is that good. Always love their burgers but sometimes they're fries aren't fresh. I like them crispy and straight out of the oil. Rarely get him that way.
For the neighborhood it was 5 stars but definitely needs some attention. Soda machine over half of the choices were out of stock. Our cashier was super.
The food is great, this shout out goes to the staff, you're amazing! Witnessed manager dealing with a difficult customer and I gotta say... Above and beyond kindness. Everyone, please be kind. Again, great food, great service and great customer service... Even when not deserved. 😁❤️
