Very well decorated Spanish themed restaurant with legit atmosphere and experience of Spanish dine- in. We went for dinner on Saturday, and were lucky to get hold off one of the last few high tables. Almost all of the other tables of the restaurant were reserved. Their tapas items are in Appetizer
I came in for their 12-3pm music brunch, and had the absolute worst experience. It's a buffet with fries eggs bacon and some spanish dishes. The prosciutto was never refilled, meat station and egg station was unmanned. Dessert section was emptied out, never refilled. The paella was super overcook

This was my 2nd visit to Sayola. 1st was for a wedding and the food was so delicious that we decided to come back on a regular day. The all around experience was spectacular. I was there for the first time last week for my sister's Birthday Party Celebration. I was impressed with the food and service. Loved the Paella Negra! So delicious!
