This place was absolutely amazing!! I was so very impressed by the decor, the service and the food. The food was cooked to perfection!! Stuffed Calamari was one of the app specials so we ordered those and OMG!! Just heavenly! I ordered the Veal in a red sauce that was excellent, so tender perfectly made! Their olive tapanade is scrumptious and they served that with bread that looked amazing however being gluten free I could not have it so they were gracious enough to serve mine with their perfectly made potato chips! For dessert I had the Orange Cake which is gluten free, since they only had one slice left they were nice enough to give it to me on the house! The service was very, very good!! We enjoyed our meal with a pitcher of their red sangria which was also spectacular! This place is pricey but so well worth it and to top it off they have a flamenco show that's just beautiful!! I highly recommend this place!!

Brought friends to lunch for unbelievable prix fix menu. They are all coming back with their husbands and friends. Hopefully can go when there is live entertainment!!

Amazing food! The grilled octopus is amazing. We ordered all Tapas and a bottle of wine. Candido our server was amazing. I will definitely go back and invite our friends.

My party of 13 and I celebrated two of our birthdays there this past weekend here. Our waiter Alberto was fantastic will definitely look for him next time. We met the owner Lazaro great guy gave us all drinks on the house for a small misunderstanding. Food was fantastic meats were exactly as asked with delicious flavours. Our group was already planning not only to visit their other location in Dumont but to reserve a private room for our next gathering! Def. Recommend it!!!

Great atmosphere, great service and great food! So glad we found this restaurant for Spanish cuisine, beats any place we've been to in the Newark area.
Great food/menu options, great music entertainment on Friday nights, and great service from the staff. My friend and I definitely enjoyed our time here.
Great Restaurant ! Went here with a large group and we had the best time!!! Staff was excellent and everyone was so friendly. Food and drinks were delicious. I think we were the last table to leave !!!

Went this past Friday with 2 girlfriends and we had a wonderful time. Food and service were great! The owner stopped by to introduce himself and see if we needed anything. He also invited us to his new establishment La Taberna, cannot wait to try it out:)
Amazing Wednesday night, went for wine tasting and Flamenco show. Staff warm, friendly and accomandating. Delicious food and plenty of it. Definitely on my list of places to return and invite my family and friends to give it a try.
Very well decorated Spanish themed restaurant with legit atmosphere and experience of Spanish dine- in.
We went for dinner on Saturday, and were lucky to get hold off one of the last few high tables. Almost all of the other tables of the restaurant were reserved.
Their tapas items are in Appetizers section. These dishes are quite large, easily shareable between 3/4 people. We ordered the shrimp churizo combination , traditional octopus and mussels. We loved the shrimp churizo, the sauce is delicious. The octopus was a tasty dish too.
The mussels and seafood marinara dishes were on the average side. The marinara dish comes with lobster, but unlike other upscale places, they don’t break it for you. The lobster was also over cooked, it was hard to chew.
We had a good service, but the food took ages to come out. They have a good drinks and a skilled bartender too .

This was my 2nd visit to Sayola. 1st was for a wedding and the food was so delicious that we decided to come back on a regular day. The all around experience was
spectacular. Started with the escargot , wife had Paella Valenciana and myself the broiled lobster. Fresh and tasty. Will recommend this place for sure. 40 minute drive from my home but worth the time. Will be back, thanks for the experience , service and nice ambiance.

Sayola is amazing!! We had an extremely attentive, knowledgeable & helpful waiter, Luis. Our food was truly exceptional, from our grilled octopus tapa, to our langostines. The latter are extremely difficult to find in our area and we were thrilled that Sayola offered them as a special on the day we were there. The portions at Sayola are extremely generous and our red wine was very good, too!! We plan to return very soon. Thanks for such a delicious, memorable experience!!
I was there for the first time last week for my sister's Birthday Party Celebration. I was impressed with the food and service. Loved the Paella Negra! So delicious!
