I live in the Niagara region of New York, and whenever I am in the NNJ area I make it a point to stop at Paulie's every time I can. Their pizza is hands down my favorite, and that's saying something; WNY is known for great pizza!
I usually like a soft thick crust, definitely not a thin crispy kind of guy, and that's what their pizza is, but it's the perfect mix of crunchy and chewy. The sauce is full of flavor, not too heavy on the spice, and the mix of cheeses is delicious. They have a lot of great topping combinations too that I've never had before.
If you're looking for a great place to eat, trust a native where homemade pizza reigns supreme and eat at Paulie's.
As soon as you walk in, the smell from the oven hits you and your mouth starts to water. The pizza is absolutely delicious, with the perfect amount of cheese to sauce ratio and a crispness that any place I recently visited in Italy would envy. The salads are colorful, crisp and satisfying and the garlic knots.....the garlic knots...a buttery, garlicky exterior and fluffy like heaven on the inside.
I've been going to Paulie's ever since I was 5 and I'll never stop loving it as long as it's open. Even under new management I always feel welcome and I hope it remains open for a long time �
Five star food and service. We have ordered margarita pizza and chicken parmigiana from Paulie’s today for lunch. Everything was so delicious and portion was really big too even for family of four. Still have the pasta came with chicken parm in my fridge. lol

Took a chance and ordered chicken parm today. It exceeded my expectations ! Delicious, fresh, well-seasoned meal! Staff was pleasant and my order was prepared quickly. Highly recommend and I will be back for more food!

The pepperoni roll was the size of my arm. Every bite was amazingly delicious. Gobs of cheese and thick bites of pepperoni! Comes with tasty marinara.
