Food is typically good, but they are not good at ensuring order accuracy. For one thing, they skimp on sauces for things like Korean Beef or Royal Mandarin Beef. For another, this is the third time in the past two months that we have ordered from them and received either incorrect orders or missing items. Every time, they somehow misunderstood our order (even though it sounded right when they repeated it back to us) and didn't charge us for it or something so we end up paying extra to get the rest of our order. Food, overall, is good, though

Lafayette Ave & 8th Ave. location review. I am writing the review here because the 8th ave. & Lafayette Ave. location isn't on here yet.
The first time I ordered here, I got carry-out and was NOT impressed. The food was cold, tasteless and not at all what I expected. That was approx. 4 months ago.
Fast forward to last night. I chalked my bad food up to an off night and decided to give them another try. I am glad I did. I ordered delivery (via campusspecial.com) and was blown away by how good my food was! The portions were huge -- unlike last visit -- the food was hot -- unlike last visit -- my order was right and I didn't have to have a disagreement with the staff --unlike last time. Well, you get the picture. Needless to say I won't be tossing any of -these- leftovers! *munches on another lo mein noodle*
My ONLY complaint is the delivery fee. It was confirmed that there is a fee whether I use the website or not. The fee should be based on where they are going, not a general fee. Just a thought.

Seafood Noodle Soup is Superb!!!. We almost always get the Seafood Noodle Soup - it is so good! If they ask you if you want it spicy or not, you must say yes to spicy, which has heat but just add ice cubes because without - it is bland.
The staff are so friendly and when they recognize you, they make you feel special.
The prices are decent and we have not had a dish from here we don't like. We always get the egg rolls with the soup. Jim loves the egg drop soup also and gets that to go for his next meal that day. Pauline is the owner and we love her smile. We usually eat in and get a cup of ice to add to the soup, which gives you more soup in the long run. The drinks are free refills which you get yourself. They expanded the dining room last year - very roomy, clean and pleasant atmosphere. We sometimes order our meal and go for a walk in the mall - we leave our number on the table, when we come back within 10-15 minutes, the food is just arriving to our table.
We try to go to this restaurant at least once a week.
Mm.... Had some unforgettable snow peas and chicken here! The service was fast and super friendly, and the food was plentiful. I'll definitely come back sometime!
Awesome take-away Chinese!. Rushed in here on a cross-country trip, thanks to the faithful Urbanspoon reviews of this place, and were not disappointed! Two sets of diners on the way out of the restaurant saw us looking at the menu by the door, and encouraged us to go in, based on their good dining experience that day...always a good sign. It has been a couple months, so I don't actually remember the name of the chicken dish with vegetables, but oh, my! There was so much of it and it was so good! Quite hard to eat in the car as I was driving, but I mananged, and we got home happy, full, and with no accidents, and with a delightful lingering smell of Chinese cuisine in the auto as we pulled into the garage many hours later. Ahhh, I hope to be back, but maybe next time as the passenger instead of the driver!
