Ordered 2 foot long sandwiches to go. Food was pretty good. Place appeared pretty clean. Only 1 staff member was there & this was around 8:30 p.m. Other employee had called in sick. Employee was without any help.
Everyone is super friendly and they’ve even known my regular order to tell the new person
My daughter and I went to this particular Subway on Sunday, May 16, 2021 around noon. The gentleman who made our sandwich and the lady that checked us out were wonderful! Previous Subway's I've gone into the worker's are very cold and matter of fact. Which I can understand especially if they are busy but it was so refreshing to have them actually chit chat with us and had a great attitude. On top of the exceptional customer service and good sandwich, the establishment was very clean and updated! From the outdated outside appearance you wouldn't think the inside would be so modern and updated but it was! We'll be back!

Food was good but my in date coupon did not go through for me to receive my discount. Very disappointing when the coupon stated expiration date 6-25-22 so why was the coupon denied.
Good food at a fair price and reasonably healthy. The employees were friendly helpful and efficient. I particularly like the choice of breads and condiments. Location is easy in and out with plenty of parking and easily visible in traffic. If you are in the area, stop by and give them a try.
Stopped by for lunch and was greeted by an extremely nice and friendly crew that quickly took our order and made sure it was made to our liking and also in a very timely manner from the order line to the cashier they did an extremely good job.
I will definitely come back when I'm around Texas City.

Texas city subway off palmer highway has very good customer service. They greeted us as we walked through the door . Stations was very clean . An they were very efficient.
Love the women that work here! Always super sweet! Sandwiches always great! And they take their time making them well, and right.
