This place has an amazing staff working, extremely clean restaurant and OMG some delicious food. Perfect dinner for my family and I. The manager even allowed a pregnant lady come in cause she had driven from a distance, just to tame her craving. Extra ⭐️ just for that. :-)

I have left a review here before because how bad it was but as of today it is so much better that I deleted my last post. The food was done right and if there was not something there you wanted they got right on it and made it as fast they could and come out great. Browines were just right cinnimon rolls were good also so was all the pizza. The tables were clean and so were the floors. As soon customers would leave they were right on top cleaning up behind them. The cashier/manager was nice on point and very greeting. The only thing I have say even slightly bad is women's bathroom sink needs be fixed its holding water in it. The game room was clean also
Price is great...this Galveston Texas location they keep the different pizzas coming all the time and plenty of deserts...no need to ask for pizza on the buffet and have to wait.. but if you ask for a certain pizza they will make it. If you don't get full,,it's your own fault..lol..enjoy.
The cashiers are very friendly and they where bilingual, for the price the pizza was good, I got up for seconds and other dishes which i finished where gone, the place looked clean, the pizza was getting either replaced with fresh ones, or was being made freshly as it was missing, the staff was friendly but let you be. Good place if you dine alone or with friends, they offer some arcade games for the kids or the gamer adult.
Went here on my field trip. Had a very pleasant, that was until Margret Julian told the teacher I had THREE slices of pizza, instead of the two slices I was told to get by the teacher. Although that experience was salted by that fat tattle fell. I enjoy this establishment very much.
They have gotten sooo much BETTER! Always been able to get fresh pizza. ONLY thing is the games for kids could be upgraded and actually workable.. Nice staff and good pizza.
My wife and I go out to eat with our kids very often an this day, Feb. 7th 2019 we went to CiCi's. The pizza counter was empty and there was a lot of customers sitting and waitng for pizza. We could obviously see they were short staffed. But the AWESOME four employees by the names of JESSICA, ANGEL, HEATHER, AND CHLOE!! Rocked the house, Yes!!! Some customers got upset but pizza takes TIME.. The staffed handled that with class and customer satisfaction as number 1. GOOD JOB LADIES!!!
Drive thru service was exceptionally amazing. Ms. Rhi did an amazing job having our order placed over the phone. As soon as the window opened she greeted my mother by name. That was impressive! She delivers with an outstanding positive attitude garnished with a smile. Thank you Rhi! You made our day shine even brighter.
CiCi's Pizza is consistently good. I can always go there for a good lunch or afternoon snack. They will oblige your taste if you ask them to cook a certain Pizza.
I have to say that this was one of the best cicis I've ever been to. Great service by the staff and the food was great as well! We came an hour before closing and yet the food was still freshly being made even tho only a couple of tables were filled. I don't remember the employees name but the woman cashier was very kind!
Clean nice and quiet. Wasn’t busy but the food was fresh and the woman who rang us up had a pleasant attitude as well as the guy busing the tables. Surprised at such a good experience in the TC Cicis I even did the survey on the back of the receipt. Only thing is the games are lame lol but service and food was great
This cicis pizza Hospitality is at a complete 10. The food was great, especially the brownies. A young lady that works there can really sing she can make out of Texas !
