Not very clean. Ice machines could not keep up with customer demand. Ketchup dispenser was empty. Nobody bothered to fill it. Ketchup packets were provided. Most poorly managed Five Guys I've ever been in. Will think twice about going back.

Would have been a good hamburger if the grilled onions were actually grilled. The onions were raw and just warmed up. If you like raw onions you may have liked it. For me, NOT!
Excellent as always. Food and service was on time. It's hard to beat five guys, but quite pricey, so you get what you pay for.
