Tried their Scrambled tofu on the vegetarian menu and it’s just ok.but their pimento cheese fritters and fried tomatoes are a must try.

I'm a huge Flying Biscuit fan. I usually go to the Gainesville location. While my server was great my order was subpar in comparison to my experience at the Gainesville and Atlanta locations.
