1st time here. Love the fact that there is a taco shack in the lobby of the Movie Theatre! It was the middle of the afternoon and I had already eaten lunch but who can resist some tacos!
I had a couple of simple beef tacos. It wasn’t anything out of this world, but solid tacos with super light crunchy tortillas. Perfect start to a movie.
One of my fave places to eat in the Villages! Really yummy food with healthy options, at a great price. No muss, no fuss, just good stuff. Happy hour from 3-5, when you can grab a drink right out of the sidewalk window. Otherwise, order food and drinks out of the window, sit outside and enjoy the view and beautiful weather. Pictured is the carnitas taco bowl. Filled with veggies and tasty creamy sauce. Yum!
Saw this place while driving by looking for some lunch. Caught my eye and thought the name was catchy. Ordered the chicken nachos and a margarita and sat outdoors in the crisp, breezy but sunny weather. Food and drink was great!! I saw that they do different types of in house shows at this place on a regular basis and asked the guy at the window who took my order. He mentioned stand up comedy, dueling pianos and bingo. Made me like the place even more so I’ll def be back! Great new find.
I stopped in for a late lunch and was promptly greeted. Beings I had never been there, The nice young woman went over the menu with me and I ordered the lm's. Delicious! Wasn't a fan of the rice and beans but in general I'm not a fan of rice and beans. I would definitely go again!
Late lunch after the Elvis movie...
Shared the chicken tacos (dressed with avocado, spicy pickled red onion and crema) and the ground beef tacos (nicely seasoned ground meat w/ lettuce, tomato).
Both have limes, rice and refried beans. Nice flavors.
