Upon arrival we checked in for 3. The person at the check in desk was checking in, seating customers and bussing tables We arrived about 10:45am and they were not packed or even full. Our wait was only about 15 min, not bad I thought. We sat at our table for 20 min with no acknowledgement from
10 minute wait with less than half of the restaurant full. Waitress was over sat so it was a few minutes until she was able to help us. However, the food was good and came out fast.
Solution: Hire more staff.

Staff shortage, food just so so. Bacon was overcooked, the three meat and cheese omelet is chopped ham, an crumbled sausage and crumbled burned bacon with a small slice of cheese on top of the omelet so everything falls apart when you cut it. Food was good, the service was just OK. The waitress was very pleasant but she forgot several things that were ordered, and had to waite a while for her to bring out the coffee ☕️.
The wait was long but worth it. The food was excellent. I always thought of Bob Evans for breakfast but the lunch, fish and chips, was fantastic.
All of the workers there are good people it's just that there's not enough of them there to make your food and serve it to you if you app order always order two hours in advance
