Fielding's is one of my favorites! It's always a great experience with delicious food! I usually try the weekly or seasonal special, but they had the "giveback" on the menu yesterday which gives you sliders of three of their most popular burgers and,as always, they did not disappoint! The flavor combinations they have are both fun and perfectly balanced. One of my favorite burgers is the "Texas Blues". This burger is outstanding!!! All beef patty, pickled red onions, fresh thinly sliced jalapeños, fig jam and Gorgonzola cheese. The sweet, salty, spicy combo blows me away every single time! The giveback also has a "Smoke" slider which, put quite simply, has a fried egg. What's better than a fried egg on your burger? Not much!
The service at Fielding's is always friendly and attentive, but not overbearing; perfect for conversation without interruption. The ambience is inviting without being too noisy or too quiet. Fielding's is the perfect place for a casual business lunch or an enjoyable meal with your family. One unique, yet very important feature (per my son), they have an iPad station with 6-7 iPads that can keep kids entertained while they wait for food or wait for adults to finish meals or conversations.
Overall, an excellent eating experience and I highly recommend Fielding's for your next lunch or dinner outing!
I had the basic hamburger and it was wonderful! Also had the hot pecan pie with gelato in a mason jar. The pie was hot and sinfully delicious! Service was spot on! Quite the little gem of a place. Great menu and ambience. My new fave!
I love the atmosphere. The menu is ridiculous good. Haven't tried anything I didn't like yet. We've had them for dinner a couple of times and brunch now as well. Service is great, food is phenomenal, drinks are out of this world. Micah is the best! Totally worth the 45 min drive!

The staff are friendly, fun and efficient....and have great taste in music! 😉 I had this twist on a banana fosters shake as a grown up drink that was to die for and the breakfast arepa was perfect!!!!
Loved it! First visit but won't be the last - fantastic burger and Parmesan truffle fries; I'm craving a repeat this second! Highly recommend this hidden gem and I mean hidden, you'll miss it for all the beautiful trees in the Woodlands, but we found it and glad we did!
The service was great! I made a reservation the night before using their yelp page and there was no hiccup with that. Everyone was super friendly, our waiter was very attentive. The food and beverages served were delicious and timely. I didn’t care for the ridiculously salty bacon they use in their dishes and I communicated that to our waiter, but overall it was a hugely successful visit and I hope to go again soon!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Exceptional service. The mimosa flight was definitely worth trying!!! I loved the sugar scrub from the bathroom so much I bought a container of it.

The wonderful aroma of amazing food was the first thing I fell in love with. The food we ordered was delicious. Service was pretty good too! Manager came over to speak to us and take our reservations for Mother’s Day brunch. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back! Cant wait for Mother’s Day!

Very busy restaurant, very good food. Loved the Smoke burger. Very juicy messy burger but I think those taste best! Good service, clean and welcoming but smaller than I expected.
Had lunch here on Good Friday with my bff. I had the lamb burger. Outstanding!! The grapefruit jalapeño collins was so refreshing! Courtney was our server. She was great!
Fielding’s Wood Grill serves Brunch, Lunch and Dinner topped with great service. This place gets super packed so plan your weekend accordingly. Their brunch is fabulous, I highly suggest the mimosa flights, the vegetarian skillet and the brûléed french toast.
Fielding's has a full bar with both Happy Hour and Reverse Happy Hour (Bar only) Monday – Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm and from 9:00 pm to close where select beers are $3, Select wines are $4 and all Specialty Cocktails are 1/2 off. Bar bites like their baked chicken & spinach dip and deviled Texas eggs start at $3 bucks!
I should've stuck with what the menu suggested and just ordered ribs and mac cheese but I really wanted some fries. All the food was good; mac'n'cheese creamy, fries crunchy, and ribs were smoky and tender. The service was good and friendly.
The unique foods at this place are worth the wait. The specialty burgers never disappoint. The sides are also quite good with my favorite being the Oriental Sesame Green Beans.
The best of the best. In addition to being a gastronomical delight, Fielding’s is a comfortable environment where management and staff are the “Best of the Best”. If you get the opportunity, say hi to Cary, Adel, Denzel and Andrew. Ask for Natalie to be your waiter. It will be worth the wait!
I thought it was delicious! I had the eggs Benedict and split the French toast with my husband. What can I say about the French toast?! It was so yummy and different. Will definitely come back again!
Great fare, great food and great service!. We've eaten here several times and every time the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff seems to be well trained and knowledgable. The burgers are tasty and different! The salads are yummy~ try a salad with the rotisserie chicken. The pimento cheese was a great choice for an starter! All the breakfast items are really good. You have to try the french toast, its the best I have had! And yes if you like Bloody Mary's, get the Mary's flight! Well worth it!

The lamb burger is awesome. Just make sure to order the sauce on the side in case it is too spicy. I look forward to eating it again.
It was fabulous!! Ok you'll really enjoy your dinner but the desserts, SAVE room. I'm a bread pudding snob & there's doesn't come with bourbon sauce or raisins yet it was delicious!! I'm coming back just for that as my treat.
BRUNCH. Food & wait staff worth every penny for brunch. When I first dined here last year there was no wait for a table. Today was a different story, like a 30 minute wait. But worth it for quality food!

SWEET KIMCHI. This was my first time dining at Fielding's and it won't be my last. I usually read the bad reviews first to see if it's worth dining at the restaurant. I did not experience any slow, rude or bad service from any of the staff. Management greets you at the door and seats you too. So I would presume management has addressed customer complaints. The food is simply delicious and served promptly.
Ingredients are fresh with unique combinations. Wait staff is very attentive. Highly recommend the buffalo burger, truffle fries, kale salad and the great brunch on weekend mornings.
This place is AWESOME!!!! Fresh is the name of this game. Love the concept. Freshness is displayed like a meat market and the chef cooks to perfection every time. If you have not tried this restaurant, you are missing out!
Love it.. It costs more than other burger joints. If you're OK with that, you need to try this place out. I'm sure the price has to do with using quality meats like Angus, Bison, Ahi and such. Also, they use very fresh ingredients and make their own pantry items. Love the candied jalapenos!
We always get the gluten free buns, and they are the best we've ever tasted. Even our kids love them. I like that they cook to order because "well done" meat should stay in the fast food industry. I usually get an exotic or special of the day burger and they are always perfect. My favorite was the Foie Gras burger which was amazing.
As a dad with 3 little kids, the ipad stations offer welcomed entertainment so us adults can actually have a conversation while the kids play contently.
I have one suggestion: Put the iPads on cloud and mirror them, so they update automatically with the same apps. Also, put some free game apps on there.
I've eaten at Fieldings twice in one week. My husband and I had our date night there (first in months). We went for the burgers... Unfortunately, they ran out while we were studying the menu options. Disappointed, I ordered the Bun Mi & Asian green beans. No regrets! This as which was fantastic. I held the mint but enjoyed every single bite. The bun... Oh that bun... Not only do they offer wheat buns, they also offer gluten free & bun less. For those who dislike wheat or prefer white, let me assure you, you WILL NOT be able to tell the difference. The Asian green beans were crisp & flavorful. Hubby got the bayou burger and was pleased.
The second trip (days later) was a must. That bread was phenomenal and I wanted that burger on it. Wood grill burger-- two thumbs up! Juicy, flavorful... Amazing bun. Melts in your mouth. Asian green beans were as fabulous.
The iPad bar for kids and the friendliest of staff will make this a regular stop for us.
An awesome meal! Could not have had a better experience. My husband and I both had great burgers and sides with drinks and desserts. Think handcrafted burgers are good....these are amazing! We will definitely be back.

What a grat night! Had the amazing Texas blues burger- the perfect blend of beef with the tang of blue cheese balanced with the sweet fig jam and a hint of heat. Best burger I've ever had!
Loved everything! The service was friendly and impeccable! The deco amazing with all the rich history. Concept the best! They make everything there! The food is fantastic not your average gill a cut above!!! Had the Smoke Burger. Try it. I'm going back and bringing family and friends!
Excellent burger!! The burger is outstanding, very good quality. The place can get expensive if you take advantage of all of the delicious options but I ate mine plain with cheese and it was very reasonable. Definitely worth a try as it stands out from all the new gourmet burger places in The Woodlands. And a shout out to Brittainny too for the excellent service.
New place. Great new place. I went there just this past Saturday. I had the baked skillet eggs in a cream sauce, bacon lardon, white beans and arugula. Great concept, an industrial type of vibe, exposed bulbs, stainless steel table tops, etc. They Aldo have a full bar. One interesting thing is a long table of iPads for anyone's enjoyment while waiting on their or sipping drinks. They also have coffee and pastries making it a nice stop on the way to work. I'll be back.
Great Custom Burgers. Milkshakes are fantastic and the fries are good. Love the custom sauces to dip the fries.

New Hot Spot In The Woodlands. Had a chance to check out this new "burger" place in The Woodlands, Tx and was blown away that it is so much more than just a burger place! This place takes your average burger experience to a whole new gourmet level. With burger like the Texas Blue (my personal favorite) with house candied jalapenos, point reyes blue cheese, and fig jam to the kimchi buger that combines asian flavors, kimchi and short ribs that I could eat just by themselves....a whole plate because they are THAT good!! Then there are the alternative bugers with everything from chicken, shrimp, ahi tune, to bison and even a goat burger with goat cheese! This is all before you get to the salads, like the unCeasar with monchego cheese and spanish chorizo, the side dishes which are equally tasty like fire roasted chili lime corn on the cobb or truffeled hand cut fries, the wood grill rotisserie chickens, and the SHOW STOPPER HAND CRAFTED COCKTAILS like the ginger smash that gets it pink color from fresh raspberries and its bite from whiskey and ginger...SO DELICIOUS! AND if all of this wasnt enough to get this FOODIE excited....everything is local or organic when possible, everything is made in house except the Heinz Ketchup. We are talking everything from the buns to even the house cured bacon, yes they have bacon hanging in a special place waiting to be cooked and devoured! The walls are hung with reclaimed wood and recyled materials, they have an in house water purification system for cooking and drinking, and ...they have wine on tap! This eco-friendly Gourmet Burger Bar that takes the "taste does not have to be compromised while still being local, fresh, no hormones or gmos, and organic when possible" approach and is not to be missed! What a novel concept, delicious and you feel good about eating too!
Fielding’s Wood Grill Fielding’s Wood Grill is not just another beer and burgers joint – it’s a Cary Attar Gastropub and you really should try it.
The result was delicious. The high-quality 44 Farms angus was soft and lush, with a smooth, almost creamy beefy swagger, oozing with juices. The mild provolone didn't outshine the beef, and the excellent housemade bacon added its smoky counterpoint. The largeish grilled onions added a hint of acidity, and the rich tomato flavor layered upon that. The mustard wasn't overpowering at all, and used its tanginess to tie all of the different tastes together. The smallish milk bun was a good choice; the meat-to-bread ratio was spot on.
We have been entertaining at Fielding’s Wood Grill for a few years now. It is where we meet friends and family for drinks, lunches, and dinners on occasion and have never been disappointed. I can’t recommend anything specific from the menu because I have not found any I don’t like.
Great burgers and well-prepared entrees are on the menu from this Woodlands original. Excellent brunch options. Beautiful, cozy dining room.
Had an amazing burger. We didn't feel comfortable eating inside (at any restaurant, not just this one), but we did a curbside take-out and then ate in our car.
Edit: My husband and I now eat here (curbside pickup) once a week and they are always great. Its hard to find a place that can consistently do takeout well, but they do.
Favorite items: Texas Blue burger and Texas Hash (brunch only).

A truly great yummy culinary experience. Our hotel receptionist recommended Fielding's, for which I'm grateful. The food and ambience were great; though funnily enough the green bean appetizer was our favorite. And I should mention the price was very reasonable for such consistent quality

Went there for lunch today. Our waitress Erin was outstanding and very sweet. She recommended the new el carbon burger & didn’t let me down one bit. Delicious. Bartender did a great job on the smoked margarita!!
