We met a manager that had worked an opening shift at another location, then was closing this one. You would never know it. He had the friendliest smile and was so kind and helpful.
Speak clearly, check your order and you'll be fine. We're all human and if I didn't customize every dang order I'm sure I'd be fine. However aside from the NOT plain burgers I've received, it's a clean, quiet place to eat and fast if nothing else.

Quarter pounders are well made. Better than most McDonald’s. The only problem is that they didn’t give me a ketchup for my fries.

Actually, I'm surprised I was able to scoot through so quick. They've really picked up their speed and McDonald's food... it's all the same, greasy and good. I love their fries 🍟, who doesn't? Good job McDonald's in Thomaston!
Got the order wrong.... missing items... however, what we did get was tasted pretty good... also called to let them know what we did and didn't receive... they are sending gift cards to make up for it...
