Food was good but IHOP needs to do better with their online ordering procedures. Waited an additional 30-45 min after arriving at the appropriate time to get my food. No ability to select condiments online including type of syrup for my pancakes.
The service was professional and we were seated promptly. The food was good and fresh. My family and I enjoyed our meal. I do recommend this location if you're in this part of town.
The restaurant had an awful smell. It wasn’t chemical. The service was questionable. I went to pay and stood there about three minutes while the manager ignored me with my bill and cc in my hand, then finally she yells at the waitress to come cash me out never looking up or speaking to me. The food
This is the best IHOP I have ever visited!! The staff (although short staffed) was on point from the beginning to the end! I went twice within 5 days of visiting Thomasville GA. 1st time take out, food was delicious. 2nd time we dined in, also on point and awesome.
