Love the food! Usually in and out, but if we have to wait, its no more than 10 minutes when its really busy. The staff is always super helpful and friendly!
My daughter is addicted to Zaxby's, she worked for them on high school just so she could eat there everyday. She's in college up north and they don't have Zaxby's so she comes home on her breaks just to eat at Zaxby's.
Was very disappointed. The girl in the drive thru didn't know how to count and she didn't put ice in my drinks. Overall everything tasted as if I had ordered it from wish
We went there and they were slow the people were rude we did not get all of are food or are drinks no drinks were in the Machine and all there was, was sweet tea. They did not give me my sauce and I asked for it a d they made me pay even though it comes with it!! Food was cold
Just don’t. Food is ok most of the time but the attitudes stink. No care for customer service. There are better places in Thomasville.
Order was totally made wrong but I give the manager a five-star because she corrected the problem
Awesome food as at most all Zaxbys. Pretty long wait, however, and having a person taking orders in person in line didn't seem to help a lot.
