I LOVE Sonny's but last night I ordered the Baby Back Rib Dinner for Curbside Pickup and I drove over 30 miles to home and was so disappointed that the ribs were so tough! I had trouble cutting them and eating them. THAT is not the norm with Sonny's! I plan on letting them know what happened. That's 20 bucks I spent! It's 4 days later and I got a redo on my meal. The ribs were awesome 😍 and Debbie made everything right! Thanks!

Such an amazing experience! Best Sonny's I've been to in a long long time. The food was wonderful, the waiter was attentive and he even had a thought-provoking joke for us. Seriously would travel to this one just for that.

We went during lunch and I personally had not seen the place since it's renovation, I instantly had a much more aesthetically pleasing experience right off the bat compared to their old 'style'. We were greeted and helped as soon as we came in and the hostess was super friendly. Our waitress was very nice and quick to the table. We didn't have any real issues during our visit, the food took a little longer than expected, but the waitress informed is there was a large order ahead of our own so we didn't feel like it was an issue. The food was delicious, hot, and everything we could expect. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Always seated quickly and they seat me as close as possible, since I have to walk with a cane and atimes have trouble walking. Most of the waitress are very friendly and attentive.

All the times I have been in this place never had bad food. But today was just the worst I've ever had! First of all if the plate looked like mine did I would have never sent it out!! And my friend that was with me only ate fries,bread and baked beans. I will never grace the doors of this place again.

Just order from Sonny's Thomasville and the ribs and chicken was a dry mess! Unbelievable dry and to think we paid $31 for this dry food!! Not sure why the cooks would put this mess on a plate!!

We have eaten at Thomasville Sonny's many times and have always been treated well. We received our food I believe the quickest ever yesterday, and our service was great. The broccoli was not fully cooked. I would have ordered green beans, but they are not as good as they were about 6 months ago. We will go back but hope some positive changes will take place in the kitchen. The St. Louis sweet and smokey ribs were excellent!

My wife and I went there for lunch 02/06/2017 . I had the (were to have been St. Lewis ribs) ribs and slided pork. Slided pork had a large amount of fat. The ribs had the smallest St. Lewis style ribs I have ever eaten . I mean the bone was about the size of a carpenters pencil . I even asked if the ribs I had on my plate were St. Lewis . She answered yes Sonny,sown cut! Well I here to say NEVER AGAIN !!!! Mike & Peg The bill for 2 lunches was 29.and change!!

I know it was a bad idea going on the 4th of July. We had an almost 30 min wait just for a table. Then it was another 20 min wait for our drinks. Add in the fact that it was another 20-30 mom wait on our food ( which was ICE COLD)!!! My boyfriend ordered all you can eat pork after the second plate they told him they were out. It took forever to bring the good out to him and by that point the place was dead. Service was just plain out the worse. Our waitress would hide just so she didn't have to deal with us. My 5 yr old was so hungry by the time his food finally showed up and it was cold too! No one wants to eat cold food. Worse experience ever.

We have eaten here several times before. The last two time I was not impressed. On Saturday our waitress comes to tell us the slices pork was not ready could they give us pulled. When the plates arrived it was sliced but cold, like out of refrigerator cold. The beans tasted warmed up from day before but were warm at best. Not sure if we will go back. This was at 11:00 a.m. and there we hardly any customers except us and a birthday party.

We love the Sonny's locations in Tallahassee but the service at the location in Thomasville, GA is horrible. There were more waitresses than customers when we ate lunch on a Saturday. 5 people passed us as we were waiting to be seated and either ignored us or said 'someone will be by to help you'. Two waitresses were just a few feet away at the register engrossed in a personal conversation. Weven were finally seated. Our food took a long time. At that point our waitress never came back.

Sonnys in Thomasville used to be so good. The last couple of times we've been there has been horrible. The prices are steady going up and the service is going down hill. You don't see your waitress much once you're seated. Hope someone reads these messages and gets back on top of this. Sonnys used to be my most favorite

My husband and I went for lunch today. It took 45 minutes to get the food. The server apologized repeatedly, because they were so busy. The restaurant was only 2/3 full. On leaving, the manager was up front and did not acknowledge us or offer his apologies. He was unkempt. We won’t be going back.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. We ordered pulled pork and sliced pork. Instead of telling us they didn't have pulled pork, they took it upon themselves to replace it with ribs. Waitress poured a drink on my girlfriend and instead of apologizing, she just said "oops". Took 15 minutes to get our drinks. They got those wrong the first time too. The experience was so bad it was almost comical. At least management didn't charge us for what we did have. This place definitely isn't what it used to be. Better management is much needed to say the least.
