I ordered my food in the kiosk and after waiting 30 minutes I never received my order. When I asked to cancel it they were very nonchalant no one ever apologized or tried to make the situation better. I did call the corporate office to report this as well I was offered a 5 dollar off coupon. Need
The older lady at the drive thru is very rude to customers & staff. I asked for a certain drink, but she wanted to give me what she wanted me to have. I specifically told her I did not want it. She proceeds to tell me why I should take it. She then very rude & just nasty sends her Manager to the win

Delivery driver here. Every order is a 10+ minute wait. They do not start your order until you come into the door. This is completely again terms of service with Doordash. Drivers beware you will LOSE money here.
All in all it was a pretty decent experience. The food was hot and tasty. I love coming to Taco Bell cause it is a neutral fast food joint for us vegan and vegetarians. We didn't have any problems during our visit, the cashier wasn't super friendly, but I definitely would not say she was rude; more
They were training new people and messed my order up, but when brought to managers attention they handled it promptly and with a smile. No attitudes. We love this place.
This is the best Taco Bell as far as food quality. I love Taco Bell and I have been to very many. These guys give you a very satisfying burrito supreme. The ones in Tallahassee are awful and I've been to 3.
The hours are false advertisement, because on hours of Taco Bell hours it says “7:00 a.m - 8:00 p.m.”.But it is currently 10:25. This is my REASONING for why I gave them an 1! Have an awesome day :) .
