So disappointing....phone number goes to fax machine, no sushi, medium super bowl looks like a small, have to pay for each cup of shrimp sauce (used to be able to use a bottle inside the restaurant, but they only sell it in the cups now-could at least have offered a bigger cup for more $ instead of wasting each small one) Their menu should be a bit more detailed or at least fully visible online and updated.
I had the super bowl chicken with fried rice and broccoli. Chicken was hit or miss, some felt and tasted freshly cooked others were dry and chewy or very cold and rubbery (dogs got some treats tonight!) Broccoli was super salty, mushy crowns and rock hard crunchy stems but I was hungry so I ate all the bits I could chew. I really don't know what changed at this place a few years ago but it went from, "Oh WOW, this place is amazing" to "Meh, I'd rather go somewhere that's not here" and now to "I won't be back, I feel robbed (and I left a tip on a drive thru order!!)"

I ordered a Masato chicken plate for my son and he said it had a weird taste. I tried it and the chicken tasted like it was old , mushy and tasted like it had chemicals or something in it. I was very surprised bc I eat there all the time but haven’t recently until today .

its disgusting the teriyaki chicken looks like my dogs, dog food it was overall gross. YUCK

I always order the shrimp and chicken combination plate and for $10, its alot of food. Though flavor could have a a bit more seasoning. Bowls aren't alot of food though. So go ahead and just order a combination plate to get your money's worth.

It's drive thru only. I paid $8 for an incredibly small chicken bowl and a drink. The drink was supposed to be large but it's just a regular. I only came here because Osaka was closed. Also they aren't doing sushi

Food is good but wait is ridiculous. If you are trying to decide between a medium and a large steak bowl, get the large, because the medium steak bowl looks like it should be a small in comparison.
