So we came here on a Wednesday at about 7:25pm and the girl answered the drive thru with an attitude, but we just wanted coffee so I didn't really care. I ordered and I guess she thought her mic was off because she said something about "why people gotta come through the drive-thru" so at this point, it's raining, the inside of my cars wet because she hasn't completed my order yet so we were going to just go inside and order so I could make sure the order was right and the doors were locked. It says they close at 8pm online so I'm not sure why she had it locked. There was another couple outside that left also. I'm sure she doesn't care because it's not her business, but y'all lost business tonight because of her. We went to Starbucks where they happily served us with great customer service.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with this particular Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins but every time I go they are out of specific donuts they’re out of ice cream or not serving ice cream at the moment, they never have anything I want to order. This past time I ordered a dozen glazed donuts since they didn’t have any others we wanted and when I got home there was black hard specs all over the donuts when I called to complain he said yes ma’am they all look like that is probably just A flavoring or cookie crumble or some thing that got in the batter or the glaze. No sir it’s hard and crunchy and why would you serve donuts like this to customers knowing it’s on all of them just because you don’t want to throw them away and make more. Instead of offering me a whole new batch of donuts he told me to come back the next day.

Attempted to go through the drive thru at 7:20 lady had an attitude and extremely rude while in the process of taking our order she stopped and told the other worker “ I don’t know why people have to come thru the drive thru” I guess she thought her mic was muted. We then attempted to go inside the door was locked even though they close at 8. Decided to go to Starbucks where customer service was great so was the coffee. Go Starbucks!!!

Honestly very disgusted I been drinking my coffee for a good minute until I felt something touch my lip and there was a FLY in my coffee I will NOT be going back there again!!!

When I went to the drive-thru and placed my orders and received my donuts they were fresh. But the employee that I was speaking to at the window and threw the speaker was dumber than a sock full of popcorn.

I can't rate this place. Menu items looked delicious but the drive through was not open due to staffing shortages, only filling online orders. We chose not to do this.

Normally it's pleasant to go get coffee and food from here. Not sure if they hired new people but I ordered through the app and when I got there they were out of veggie eggs so the lady was nice enough to offer me something else but when I got to the window they had forgotten my drink then when I asked if they were making it with Almondmilk since they forgot I had a drink the girl at the window got an attitude.

Went in this afternoon, ordered a large frozen Caramel coffee with whipped. Ream and extra caramel and the had to repeat my order at window. Young white girl, dark hair and piercings handed me a frozen coffee. Told her it was incorrect and she literally laughed in my face. Told her again what I ordered and she just walked away. Manager needs to make some MAJOR changes....RIDE & I'M COMPETENT!

I usually love Dunkin Donuts and they're customer service, but not so much this morning. Coffee/breakfast was good but there was a young man with dreads working in the drive-thru with very poor customer service skills, I started to call but I thought this would have a lasting impact and hopefully cause this worker to get better training. Please restaurant managers, etc teach workers the basics of customer service before sticking them in these positions. Greet your customers, repeat their order, basic salutations, etc...He said nothing, he just looked at me as if to say 'Get out of my line'. Horrible attitude.

I think its strange how this place would have such crappy people working in thos store when you go through the drive thru they dont take your order and when you walk in to order the employees want to talk on their phones or walk off from the customers guess the manger isn't worth a dang here time to call the corporate office

I would have given this location five stars up until the past few weeks. I've gone 5 or 6 times within the past two weeks and they have gotten my order wrong more often than not. I asked others about their experiences and turns out I'm not alone. Some major changes need to be made because faithful customers have told me that they've stopped going for this reason and I'm considering it.
