I went through the drive thru at 8:45pm. The drive thru was moving slowly. I informed the employee before ordering that I had a BOGO free Cajun Filet biscuit. I ordered fries and half and half tea.
When I got to the window they said they had a Cajun filet combo. I informed them again I had the coupon for BOGO. The manager came over to get the register total right.
I got home and still only had one biscuit. In addition, the biscuit has two biscuit tops instead of a proper biscuit. Also, my tea is not half and half. Very disappointed.
I did call and spoke with Alicia who was helpful. She offered a code I can use tomorrow to go back through and get two Cajun filet biscuits for my trouble.

Visiting the area and stopped here to feed my workers. There was no one in the parking lot so my drive thru wait time was minimal and the staff was nice. I ordered a 12 piece family box with 3 sides. The store said that they were out of plates, my mashed potatoes had no gravy, the chicken was like warm and very greasy, and I was not given any napkins or plastic ware. I don't understand how you can be so unattentive to your one customer that you have. After having to then gather the items needed to eat like napkins for the greasy chicken and spoons for the mashed potatoes without gravy, I did receive some cups I asked for with the half gallon of tea but I will not stop here again.

Sunday morning: 3 employees working the drivethrough, 2 working the front, 1 putting biscuits in and out of the oven, and just one person actually making the sandwiches. It's a computer based order system, and my order got lost. 17 minute wait for 2 sausage biscuits and potato rounds. Plus, it was a Sunday morning at 10am, and they had no coffee. Go elsewhere.

The service at this location has been steadily declining long before having trouble finding people to work. It has been a couple months since I've been hoping things had improved no luck. We had to repeat not only the sandwiches, which were all the same, but the drink order as well. Something needs to be done so improvements can be made or they will loose business.

Been here two times in the past month. They messed up both orders and the line moved slower than molasses in the winter time. On top of messing up the orders, several employees inside are not wearing masks, including the cute blond manager. When she stuck her head out the window to ask me what was wrong, no mask and two feet from my face. Unbelievable. Never again Bojangles. Your $8+ supremes meal with the tiny nuggets, along with your careless heartless maskless defiant employees who can’t get an order right, I’m done.

We ordered drive thru at Thomasville, NC Bojangles and it was just awful😡The chicken was over cooked, greasy and had more batter than chicken🤢There was no biscuits with our dinners and the mashed potatoes and slaw cups had maybe a teaspoon in each cup😡once upon a time this was a great place to eat, but now, it is poorly staffed with people who could care less and way over priced. I’ll not eat at this Bojangles again and I will let everyone I see and know not to waste their money👎🏼

It depends on who is making the biscuits. Sometimes they're a 5 star and sometimes a 2 star. When good, its really good. When bad, well you know. Short staffed as well it would appear at times would long wait lines

Ordered mostly from food delivery apps so I don't have the ability to check before leaving the restaurant/drivethru. Constantly leave out items. Usually side items. I get sauces 1/10 times that I order from them. Would not reccomend. Go Zaxbys instead.
