I hate writing bad reviews, but this is the second time I went to this location and paid for something I didn’t get. I got a Buffalo chicken salad and there’s maybe 3 bites of meat. It’s completely drenched in sauce and now I have nothing to eat for lunch. The last time I got a foot long Black Forest ham & turkey sub and there was maybe 3 pieces of meat on both sides of the sandwich. It was all veggies. I said I wouldn’t complain again until it happened again. Highly upset and hungry.

Employees are very rude. Mumbling stuff under their breath while making your food. They also close at 8.20 when online it says 9pm. We showed up to eat the other night and they were very rude, and my son was hungry and they would not let us eat. This was at 8.20 pm... tried again today during lunch and all employees are very very ride. I'll never come here again. And I suggest that everyone else does the same.

I ordered a six inch and had to throw a third of it away because of the lack of meat. Asked for one line of sauce.. she pushed it hard enough to give me four. Also paid 11 and change for my sub 3 cookies and a small drink. Very unsatisfied…. Sincerely a previous subway employee ✌️

Website states it closes at 9pm. Showed up at 8:32 and it was closed. Young lady who came to door was extremely rude. Another customer was outside waiting to pickup order he purchased online (already paid) and they would not honor it nor give him his money back. Young lady acted like she could care less.

So my husband and I got there at 8pm and they turned off the lights and was closing up. According to their hours on Google they close at 9 every night...? The open sign was on when we first pulled in, then we parked in front and came walking up and they had already cut it off.

We looked up closing hours and it said 9pm. So, we placed an order and the total came out to $19.00. After paying with debit card, it said your food will be ready at 830pm. So, we get there at 830, they're closing early. Now, I'm out of $19.00 and the food!! This isn't acceptable. I will not be returning!!

Rude staff. Trying to take pictures of the menu for my pregnant wife and 3 children in the car waiting outside and were talked to very in a very rude manner being ask why i was taking pictures. I probably shouldnt have blown my top the way i did, but the rudeness caused that. You work customer service. Learn how to talk to people. The store looked dirty and not well taken care of anyway.

I understand that Subway restaurants are franchised operations; and, I understand that if you work at a Subway, manage a Subway, or own a franchised shop, you aren't responsible for the actions of the corporate operations.
I will not be supporting your business with my monies as long as Subway corporate supports anti-American ideals, such as I see in their advertising.
While I'm not calling for a boycott, I do hope others will join me spending our sandwich dollars at Subway competitors that welcome us.
