Waitress took 20 minutes to come to my table after being seated in a dining room with three tables of patrons. Asked for my drink order of water and Required me to wait until she discussed the weather at a served table, even though I told her I was ready to order food. Then walked back past me and still didn't take my order. Went to get water, came back five minutes later to take my order. I waited another 30 minutes for deep fried wings.Watched other waitress deliver food to those two occupied tables;1 who came in before me and 1 who came in after me. My Food was NEVER served nor did waitress come to my table to even account for RIDICULOUS WAIT FOR CHICKEN. I might add, I was the only Black customer in the entire establishment. 🤔 U figure what that was about. I walked with my DOLLARS!!!! I wish there was an option for NEGATIVE STARS. What's worse, none of the other waitresses or managers took notice that I had no food and inquired as to why. Plenty of employees came to the table adjacent to mine to play with the child and interact with people who appeared connected to staff..... Note: I am not upset. I feel sorry for those who have a lack of maturity, intelligence and work ethic that would have easily prevented this behavior, if any of those traits and skills were possessed. I want to warn others.

Service was great, server was friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly and was tasty. We were the only people in the restaurant, but we went at around 2:30 in the afternoon.
Only critique would be that they may want to wipe down the windowsills and walls because they were icky. I had my toddler with me and she went straight for the windowsills.

First time here... Was very busy. Server was really good and patient. Food quality was slightly mixed but as expected. There were many kids here this night. Good kid menu, which included wings, and healthy sides like applesauce and vegetables. Regular prices were fair, (on Wednesday they had kids eat free one per adult).

Been working in Thomasville since January 2022 and decided to give it a try for the first time for lunch. It was great! The staff is really friendly and the food was just as good. Didn't take long either to get in and out for my lunch break. I will definitely be back again soon.

Food was not up to par. Most of our experiences at ECW has been good. Overall not a good experience. Presentation of food not very appealing. Had a reasonable size order and some of it was not fresh. The waitress did a good job though.

Every time we eat here (usually to-go) something is wrong with the order. The last two are no exception (both within the last week or so). One order we didn’t get our drinks with the kids meals. The last order the complaint is for a 15 piece wing order it only came with one sauce, extra was $.50 each, and we wanted some toast to go with it, also $.50 each. After the first one I described above, I was asked to complete a survey, which I did and voiced my concerns. Would have thought I would have gotten some response, but maybe they don’t care. Really kinda tired of giving them an opportunity to meet basic expectations.

Been in Thomasville about 6 years never went to east coast until recently. Been there like 3 straight days still haven't tasted there wings. I keep getting the Buffalo shrimp !!! 🍤 One day I'll try the wings. But the shrimp is my fave favorite for now.

My family and I were very disappointed with our visit this time. Our kids ordered from the kids menu one ordered chicken strips and fries and the other ordered barbecue boneless wing with fries. Once the kids received their meals one of my boys said my chicken is very hot/spicy and all the waitresses had to say was dip it in ranch that will make it better. I tasted the sauce on his chicken and it was not barbecue sauce it was so hot it took my breath. This should never happen to a child’s plate and a good waitress should never just tell a kid to dip it in ranch she should try to listen to the child (he is 11 ) not to mention she should know what her sauces look like because when she brought back the correct order the sauce was much darker.
They ran out of teriyaki for their wings which is what I ordered. My spouse ordered a beer four times before he ever received one. Not a very good experience Friday night here. Oh and by the way they were NOT really busy while we were there.

I like that the service was kind of slow the food was great! Although unless you get a special it is pretty expensive we had and iced tea a basket of 25 boneless wings and a basket of hot chips $40 wow! I think that's pretty pricey considering we did not drink alcohol please take your pricing into consideration and have more specials on the menu the 2 for 20 is a great deal but when you want wings it's not on the 2 for 20 :-(

I ordered a grilled chicken buffalo sandwich off their lunch menu and the side salad in place of fries the waitress brought the salad in the sandwich out together and the salad was prepared wrong and had to be sent back and I made a comment to her that the sandwich will be cold by the time I can eat my salad and she just walked off so I ended up eating my salad and in the sandwich was as I expected was cold there was supposed to be a hot grilled chicken sandwich and I had to eat it cuz I was just my lunch break I left the waitress a note that says when you order a meal that has a salad as part of the meal the salad should come first so that the main entry comes out hot and fresh instead of having to wait and eat it and it be cold I hope someone learns from it

Used to frequent this place a lot every week used to come on Mondays most staff were really nice but we had about three really bad experiences there the last one my fiance found a bug in her sandwich the owner never even came over to talk to us we paid for two beers and have never been back... each of those three bad experiences the owner never spoke to us about the situation or never offered any kind of help

After sitting at our table for about 15 minutes, my fiancee and I left and went to Elizabeth's pizza. Not one waitress spoke to us. We never even got asked what we wanted to drink. On our way to the door a waitress said "have a nice evening", not even recognizing that we never got drink, food, or that we were carrying our menus back to the hostess. I gave 2 stars to be generous.

Horrible service. Sat at a table for 25 minutes and never received service. When we told someone about this she told us the waiter was slow. Then spoke to the manager who was very rude and wasn't going to send anyone over. We left and the manager kept running her mouth even as we were leaving. Won't step foot in there again.

The waitresses I have had there in Thomasville were great :-) laid back place and makes kids eating free an enjoyable experience only thing that would be great is changing the TVs to shows kids would want to watch

Every single time I have been here I have had nothing but good service, a good experience and very friendly waitresses, even when busy they still made sure people were taken care if, not sure why people keep writing shitty reviews... have been going here for the past 6 years and maybe only had one bad experience but it was football night so I understood why it took so long. Again great service, great people, friendly and helpful staff.

Appetizer came after meal. We never got celery and carrots. Had ask twice for napkins. Ran out of large beer glasses so was given big and small glass to make the difference. Will not be back.

The owner is a poser. He talks like he really appreciates the people that work there,
all the while he drives them down. I ask to keep a 50 cent glass that I know for a fact that beer distributors give to business's to give to there customers. His staff thought it appropriate to give to show appreciation to a good customer.
The greedy owner wanted 5.95 for the glass when he realized what they were doing. I ask him to wash it, then told him to keep it!
Needless to say, I will NEVER be back!
Hope that Glass was worth it.

I’m really disappointed in how bad the service has gotten. Yesterday I did a to go order. Polynesian wrap and tenders. I waited almost an hour to get my food. Nobody was concerned with time or wasting mine. But I decided to give it another chance, figured it was just an off day. Tonight I ordered wings for my family and I walk in and the waitress/ hostess looked right at me and turned around and said to the other waitress “ I hope someone else gets that I’m not dealing with it” and walked off. Made me feel like my business was unwanted. Very rude. Very disappointing.

Went for the first time tonight and it was amazing ! We had Lauren as our server and she was the nicest server I've ever had ! The food was fresh and so good! We will deff be back in the future and we just found out there's one two hours from us in Florida! We're excited. Thanks for an amazing time :)
