At first glance when i walked in, i was a little confused to learn the bar is hiding in the back of the restaurant. However this might be convenient for families with small children. The service was great and my burger was cooked with pride. I would recommend this place to any group of friends looking for a place to hangout and enjoy good foodđź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Went into coach’s, waited about 5 minutes for a hostess to come to the door to seat us. Told them I had an infant so I’d need a high chair, she didn’t grab a high chair so I grabbed one. Followed her to a high top table which was too high for the high chair so I asked to be seated at a lower one. Our food took forever; our hostess/server was literally the only person working there. On a Friday night. So definitely not trying to hate on her. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and my lettuce was so soggy it was inedible since it took so long to get our food I asked to just take it back and take it off our bill. Terrible service from the restaurant as a whole, manager did not care at all when other customers complained. Definitely will not be back.

I have eaten at coach's four times now and each time the food was delicious. I have nothing but praise for all the different dishes that I've tried and my friends have tried. The problem with coaches is the horrible service. Three out of the four times we had to go to the back to ask someone to seat us and we went during off times. The place was practically empty each time we went. By the same token. The waitress service was terrible all four times. Tonight was by far the worst. The only thing these girls wanted to do was go home and they made that abundantly clear.

1st visit in was really looking forward to the burgers. My husband and I waited for over 30 minutes for the appetizer. We finally just said we were gonna pay for our drinks and leave. Manager came out and explained why it was taking forever provided giftcard and coupon. We will think about trying this restaurant again but not pleased on a Friday night that they were not even busy only had 2 tables with people.

I ordered Surf and Turf on Mother's Day, for myself and I was not disappointed. The grill taste was in full effect on my Strip steak and shrimp. Coaches is the closest we have to a mid-priced, high end restaurant with a nice selection of food that doesn't taste like it was sitting there, waiting for me to order it. Thanks Coach, keep up the delicious work. One thing of note but not worth taking away a star, my Caesar salad had bleu cheese dressing instead of caesar but that was good too because it wasn't heavy handed

I come here from time to time. They used to have good deals. The service has always been spotty but tonight I got the 5 dollar burger special and was charged full price. On top of that I ordered at 815 and they finally brought it out to go at 910 because they close at 9. They could really do better.

My friend and I ate there last night June 18th. We waited forever to get our food and it was cold not up to my standards definitely not up to her standard. My to-go order was also cold. They had one waitress for the front one in the back of the bar, and only two Cooks. I believe it would be better to not open at all than to get the complaints from the patrons that were there

My husband and I just left this place and we were racially profiled.... As we were waiting to get seated the waitress informed us that we could be helped in the back at the bar. We told the bartender we didn't want to sit in the back and she said I will take your order because she's busy upfront. It was a little fishy to us so we left,and on the way out the same busy waitress was sitting 4 Caucasian men in the front. Also this establishment had plenty empty tables in the front. We decided to take our hard earned Black money elsewhere!

Went for the boneless wing special which was all you can eat for $12.99. Normal price is 15 wings for $15. The wings were large (lots of breading), so my husband and I were both full after 15. So really, we only saved a couple dollars with the special.
Not really a deal in my opinion.
Waitress was nice enough, but made mistakes. Maybe was new? I passed her on the way back to my table and ordered a beer...which she forgot about. Then when I ordered it a second time, it still took a while to get it. Would have been nice to have my beverage to sip on while waiting for food.
Then she accidentally put in 5 wings instead of the initial 10 that I was supposed to get. She put in the other 5 and it took the kitchen a while to get those out. The restaurant wasn’t even busy at that point.
Lastly, may I suggest beer lists at the tables? There were too many for our waitress to name. There is a big wall blocking off the bar area, so you have to get up from your table and go around that wall to the bar area to look at the beer taps. Seems a simple beer list would make things much easier.
Food was good though, so no complaints there.
