You'd think that when you want ice cream, floats or milk shakes, this would be the place to go... this was our second time to this Sonic restaurant and to our amazement... "Sorry, but we do not have any ice cream of any kind. " We ordered anyway to taste their food. Fries were cold and sandwiches were hard. Not very impressionable at all.

This was one of my first and probably my last visit at the Thomasville Sonic. I went to get a slushy. They handed me the slushy and the cup was so dirty and covered in the syrup. We had to ask for a straw and our $8 in change back! Absolutely ridiculous. We had 4 or 5 different people come and make sure our order was correct. I'm usually not one to complain about minor inconveniences or things like this but c'mon....

I went through the drive thru. Once to the window, we were asked 6 times what we had ordered. Specifically, a coney. After verifying we wanted a coney 6 times, we were gave a bag. Once home, the bag contained tater tots. Not exactly a coney
It’s on me for not checking the order. After being asked more than my right hand can count what we had, I should have known. Wrong flavor slushees. Rude employees. Long long wait with nobody in front of us
I will never come back here again. Does that matter? No, this sonic could care less about my business. After multiple bad experiences, I wanted it to be known to whoever reads these reviews, that this sonic is hands down the saddest excuse of a sonic I have ever been too. If 0 stars were possible, that’s what I would choose. I hope someone sees this review and can make some changes, because this restaurant won’t be open long term with this poor service. Thank you all for wasting my time, and money!

Takes entirely way too long, and unfortunately it doesn't matter if you are in the drive thru, go inside, or order from your car. Food is ok generally but it's not a place I set out to go to.

Sitting in drive through at 9:45 lady said that they was closed,then after arguing with us she said may I take your order and they didn't close till 10:00... Very rude after we sit in drive though for 15 minutes... Very disappointed in a newly remodeled store!!!!! Will never go back,, just lost a weekly customer!!!!

Food is way to overpriced. What we did get tasted horrible and we waited 10 minutes for. I used to love sonic now I wish they would do us all a favor tear this place down.

A lot better then be past. I stopped going there cause the food was always cold and not right!! Since it's been with the new look tonight we would check it out. So far so good hope they hold on to it..

I stopped going to this location about a year ago because of poor customer service, poor food quality, and never getting an order correct. I thought I'd give them another try today...MISTAKE!!! I order the Tuesday special, half price cheeseburger. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, nothing extra on them to affect the price, a large Sprite. I get home, start eating, and took a sip of soda...it was nothing but soda water... no sprite taste at all. I look at my receipt with intention of calling about the soda, and notice that I was given discount on only one burger. I called and spoke with an assistant manager that when I started explaining why I was calling, she wanted my name so I could come anther day to get another burger, when I told her about the soda, I got, "I apologize for that". I told her I didn't want another burger, I wanted my money. I make another trip to the drive thru, tell the girl at the window that I had spoke to the assistant mgr, and I was there for my money, also handed her the soda. She gives me the half of one burger, and was going to get me anther sprite, they told me if I would pull up, they would bring it out, they needed to change out the Sprite, which should have been done before I got there.. I refused to pull up, telling them they had already caused me enough trouble. After a minute, I knocked on the window, and told them to just give me the money for the soda. They said we got it fixed, I said just give me the money back, which she did, but not the tax. I will not go back to this location. The food is not good, the service is not customer friendly, never got a thank you, it's "Have a good day". Sonic either needs to close the place or clean house and start new.
