Jen took not only my very big, but very confusing order and was by far the most patient and pleasant person I have ever dealt with! Kudos for having her take orders!
Food is good .this is the most important part though I was getting out of my truck to go inside there was a elderly man with a Cain coming out the door he fell as he was approaching his car and the quick response by the young lady at the cash register inside she ran out to help him get up and immed
This location is in Archdale and is the worst tacobell in the nicest city. And seems like that's their goal. Dining room remains closed from covid and slow as heck. I've pulled up to the menu and waited about 10 minutes for an associate to take my order, because ALL on the clock workers were out
I've been here a few times now and have not had a bad experience yet. It can be busy around lunch time...so plan for that...but otherwise it's been great overall.
Great service, friendly staff, family friendly. Good food and a wide variety. Broad assortment of food as well as deserts on the bar as well.
This is the worst Taco Bell on the planet. Not only for ordering and getting your food, but for working in as well. These people that you have sitting outside have no air conditioning, barely any shade and I never see people giving them breaks. They work in the heat and the cold. Only see young girl

Went to Thomasville Taco Bell on 2/23/22. The girl at the cash register told me I could not order from her even though she was standing at the register. She said i would have to order on the kiosk. She wasn't doing anything, just to let Taco Bell know, I don't do computers & there are too many resta
