The worst ice cream experience.. lights were off.. I never write reviews.. found 2 black hairs in ice cream.. highly dissappointed!! Didn’t have milk for milkshake.. they didn’t have milk.
I've had Coldstone ice-cream in many palces. But this location is not up to their standard taste. The guy who served me, was not able to make the taste of their regular signature ice creams. In general the staffs used to be friendly, but not here.
The line is long, but it moves fast and people pass back the menus so everyone is prepared when they get to the counter. No trip to Savannah is complete without going once.
We order our birthday cakes from this location but today when I went in to pick it up they could't find my cake. The option was to pick a random cake out of the cooler versus the special order cake I paid for, same price. When I said no thanks, give me a full refund, they couldn't even do that bec

Was there at 9:50 and they said it was closed. Maybe they should change their closing hours to 9:50 instead of 10PM.
Literally, I've seen the place three times in 2 days, the line is down the sidewalk. The workers are sweet but must get so tired, it's hard to get a smile back.
