Dixie Crossroads Restaurant - Titusville - Photo album

One of the few places left, that serves you a decent sized meal for your buck. We were greeted and seated promptly. The corn fritters with powdered sugar were such a neat surprise because I didn’t know this was something the restaurant gives you at not extra charge. I was taken aback by how deliciou
Had not been in quite some time due to declining quality and rising prices. I was lucky to pick up some local sweet deals so we gave it another shot. I still think the prices are high but the food quality was also much better. The Rock shrimp were delicious, I had them broiled and blackened. You als
Seated right away. Took a minute to order drinks and appetizers. Drinks and appetizers came out at the same time. Had Fried Calamari and Gator Bites both tasted good. The main course was Chicken Alfredo for me and fish tacos for the grandson. Grandson loved the fish tacos. The Chicken Alfredo was o
This place was killer my entire family loved it. By far the best food we had in Florida and these complimentary bites that tasted like nothing less than funnel cake bites were basically just deep fried donut holes that all my kids ate like they were dying! So so good!
My family and I have been visiting the Cocoa Beach area for 17 years now. This is the first year we have gone to Dixie Crossroads even though we have heard it suggested many times. We normally decided not to go due to the distance it is from where we stay. They have a great menu with some better
I was recommended by a friend, who is a resident, to try this restaurant. I had some time to kill and get a quick bit to eat. They were absolutely that. I got in, ate, and was out in less than 35 min. I don't know what the little funnel cake balls with the powdered suger are, but they came standard
Kyle the waiter that we had tonight and the manager Allen are both amazing. All of the staff were great. Kyle had so much patience and we had a blast with him as our waiter. I have never been to this restaurant but we had a blast and they accepted us like family. Thank you to Kyle and Allen!!
Atmosphere: Relatively quite place, no music. Lightly decorated. Food: Doughnuts holes: A nice appetizer that they bring a "bowl" per 2 people. Powdered sugar on top, but well balanced so it's not too sweet Calamari: nice crisp on. Ith the tentacles and the rings. The banana peppers were well ca
Excellent broiled Royal Red Shrimp! Started off with their delectable fritters. Sides were Cole slaw and cheesy grits. Great service by Aubrey! A delightful dinner, as usual!
Excellent service with a clean and friendly space. Feeding the turtles and fish outside is a fun activity, too. Plenty of parking and service was pretty quick.
We stopped in for lunch and both had Mahi, she had the small portion and I had the large. Both were good size, but the large was huge. Everything was very tasty and the service was top notch. Love the atmosphere and the tea (1/2&1/2 was perfect). We’d go out of our way to eat here again.
In our visit to Cabo Cañaveral, picking up our kids from a cruise, we went to experience the Dixie Crossroads. We didn’t know anything about rock shrimp. Our waitress gave us the scoop. We are now believers in the Shrimp of the Rocks.
I'm happy to have been talked into trying them again. Much improved. The fritters taste good-like they used to...smaller, but tasty with pieces of corn and plentiful. My companions were quite happy with their rock shrimp. Hubby liked the regular shrimp. I enjoyed the unique shrimp and cheese g
My wife and I stopped for dinner. We were seated in a clean area in a 1960’s wood booth by a polite friendly hostess. We were waited on right away even though it was the dinner hour. The waitress, was also friendly and helpful. My wife ordered deep fried oysters(one of her favorites) and a baked
Always love this place. Dinner has lots of people with a long line but just about 30mins wait. Yummy. Lobster bisque and clam chiwder , Fried oysters. And burgers. Very delicious.
A little disappointed, but it's a funny story. The short version is that I never had mullet before or since eating here 40 yrs ago (no, it's not a typo), so when I had an opportunity to go back, they were out of mullet. So I went for the rock shrimp instead. The server was right. They are like littl
Party of 4. Got seated upon arrival, friendly faces, fast service. Good portion sizes. 1 1/2 dz fried medium shrimp plenty big enough. French fries and coleslaw. Another party member ordered the rock shrimp fried, tasty as well. Oh and the corn fritters with powdered sugar are delicious!
Really enjoyed our experience here. The food came out fast and the service was great. We loved the decor- feels like true old Florida vibes! Very quirky and fun.
I've never had rock shrimp before. And the prices weren't too bad. Apparently that's what this place is known for, even though that's not in the recommended options. That's what I recommend to try since you probably haven't tried it. It next to normal shrimp makes it normal Shrimp seem inferior. Th
