Love. Love. Love. Being vegan I haven't had a grilled cheese sandwich in ages. I finally got one, vegan style, and it was delicious! Their plant based menu is growing nicely!
Grumpy's veggie burger, first introduced to me many years ago by friend and former Toledoan, Michael Osterman, is the best I have ever eaten. The same goes for the turkey burger, introduced to me by Adam Goldberg, the tuna melt shared with me by Cydney Goldberg, the sandwiches I have tasted that Josh Goldberg enjoys, and the desserts I have shared with family and friends. The atmosphere at Grumpy's is perfect for an enjoyable, social or business lunch with family, friends or colleagues!
Awesome service, great vibe and the food particularly the salad are amazing. The poppy seed dressing is a must have.
It is so great to get a meal and worry about is it really vegan or not! Such good food we all were very happy, well except for the chili - extremely spicy she wasn't prepared for that. Burgers, Rueban, BLT AMAZING.
Their garbage salad is the best! My grandson from St. Louis was with me and I know he felt special when he was given a choice of cookies to pick from after his meal. This is a very nice Toledo experience! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I loved it! It was crazy busy at Tuesday lunch and our waitress was right on it. We didn't wait long at all! I had the sandwhich...sorry forgot the name... that was their take on a Cuban! It was amazing! We ordered pita chips which were also fantastic. I can't wait to go back ! I also ordered coconut cream pie! Omg....a little piece of heaven...best cp I've ever had!
We were at Saint Vincent's and we visited Grumpy's today. Amazing food. The Reuben was to die for. I wish we could've stayed and sampled some of the other things on the menu including the gorgeous desserts in your cooler. But we will be back.
Grumpys is the absolute gem of Toledo. The best vegan options in the whole city!!! Super cute and fun atmosphere. My only complaint is the hours!!! I wish grumpys was open for dinner or on weekends!!!!

I stopped by your food truck last night and was a little bummed because they were all out of regular garbage salads but they did have the vegan version left. I reluctantly decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Even my two year old daughter loved it and ended up eating about half of it.
The best place in Toledo. It's warm and welcoming. The fresh food and prize-worthy pies and treats make Grumpy's everyone's favorite lunch spot. I can't say anything bad about the owners, who make you feel at home. Love you guys!
