Im sorry to leave a bad review. But this is a serious issue. I only been there twice and I was just there yesterday. I got food poisoning/bad food preparations. I had a fever of 110.0, throwing up and a severe headache. Just 15-20 mins after eating the food. I had toast and egg 3 hrs before that. I
Poor service. Understaffed. Went through drive thru and they told me to come inside. Workers seemed frustrated. One worker tossed the food to a customer. Wait time super long.
Made fun of my accent, told me to pull up to last window and once there told me that I had to go back around and then order. I told him that I was told to pull up and he said oh sorry.
Horrible service, very slow and finally incorrect. Ordered a large combo, received a small drink and no fries, plus the hamburger was cold and dry.
Order food and it was hot a fresh the best wendys in toledo by far the staff was friendly and smiling and the food was hot and freshly made!!! My family of 4 was very satisfied and we will be back for sure
They only take one order at a time and give food to that same customer before taking another order. Their excuse for months is they only have 3 people working. This is a failure of management. Food has gotten better but the staff... not so much. They weren't shorthanded or busy but still managed to mess up our order.
