So I’m unsure who the new owners here are but the employees there this year have been awful. They are extremely rude and not friendly in the least. Horrible customer service. Sad this generation knows nothing about hard work an costumer service. No they play there phones while drive thru is packing up with costumers. And didn't even get napkins asked an payed for an extra charge for the fudge an blizzard too. Didn't get felt rushed out she didn't even tip the blizzard up

The prices have skyrocketed. Today I ordered a dbl cheeseburger combo with onion rings, 6pc chicken strip basket w/drink, and a buster bar and it cost $28. I get most places increased prices, but the only fast food place that genuinely makes me think about my order is DQ. It's nearly $15 per meal. I

To begin explaining my horrendous experience at Dairy Queen in Tomahawk Wisconsin, Connie (the main cashier) displayed laziness and no intent to provide excellent customer service. We asked for snickers blizzard and received a cup of ice cream with some snickers shavings on top. Next, we got tenders

When I come here the food and ice cream is always great, I love how happy and nice the employees are, it really makes my experience better.
