The Cobb Salads are the best! Long lines are not a deterrent because the food is always fresh, good and reasonably priced! The restaurant is always clean and the wait staff is courteous, kind and helpful!
Although the wait time is always over 25 minutes at breakfast and lunch times, there's always exceptional customer service at the window/counter.
I come here bc the staff is amazing!! Especially Jessie in drive through! She deserves a raise and a stool. She is always friendly and polite. I have referred many ppl to this location bc of her specifically. Keep up the great job Tomball CFA!
I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A almost every week for the last couple of months because their kid's club is so amazing! They always have such great things planned and my boys always have fun. <3

We always love going to Chick-fil-A! Even though this particular location is always real busy, the employees are super friendly and of course the food is always real good. And it's a great play area for the kids and you will always find plenty of young soccer players and baseball players with their parents coming here after the game
Visited in Houston Texas and needed a place for the little ones to play wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A. Such service and kindness. The kids had a great time made our time that day. Much more fun and relaxing.

Haleigh in the drive thru 8/26/23 absolutely kicks bootay! She hustles and cares about customer satisfaction! Our order was lost and Haleigh was sure it was found and made fresh! She did it all with a smile and positive attitude! The drive thru was so busy and all the drive thru team members were hustling their little hearts out! But Haleigh checked on us multiple times and made sure we weren’t forgotten about. We need more people like Haleigh in the world!

Checked out the remodeled location they upgraded the drive through making it go even smoother and quicker - always been an excellent location and staff
I've forgotten how there use to be employees go around and ask you if you wanted more drink or if everything was ok before the pandemic. They were doing that when i stop for lunch ... awesome
They always bring my food fast and I have never had an issue with my order . always fresh
Never fails, especially during peak rushes very fast very respectfull so fresh so clean and even during doordash deliveries they never fail me

It's extremely busy during the lunch hour rush. The food was wonderful but the staff was not very friendly. Overall I'd recommend this location.

Good place to go for fast and quality service most of the time.
I've only had 2 incidents where I was waiting for 25 minutes for a spicy chicken meal but it's only happened twice, beyond that I've had my order within 3 minutes of ordering.
90% of the time you'll get fresh fries and the food always comes out hot.
I don't have any real complaints except that the chicken doesn't always taste like it was in a brine if at all so the chicken slightly varies week to week but usually good flavor in just the chicken.
Inside of the restaurant is kept clean and a area for kids to play in.
