We sat at the bar and were waited on by Oscar. He was outstanding! He was the best server I’ve had in a long time. We started off with calamari which was perfectly cooked. Then I had the baked ziti which was good. We finished off with a slice of cheesecake which was very good. This was the best visit I’ve ever had at Russo’s.

Not Russo's anymore! A lovely pizza tasting concept with gourmet flavors of pizza. The fig and pig is phenomenal! All of them are great but the dessert pizzas are very delicious too (not super sweet!). A bit pricier and meant more for a private or intimate dinner setting. They are kid friendly but don't have a lot of options for them. 2 and unders eat free!

Service was a bit slow this past Sunday as there was only one wait staff, one cook & one clean up person. However the food was still the best as usual. Our wait person Erica made up for the long wait by doing her best for us & all the other patrons both sit down, pickup & curbside orders by herself. She was sweet & well mannered, calm & humorous, helpful & welcoming to each person she encountered. Cudos to Erica, who was the best!

Great customer service and they always put LOTS of mushrooms when I ask for xtra. Update: I've been here several times over last 3 mo. Kuykendahl/West Rayford Rd location. We had Thanksgiving catered and Oscar gave us a wonderful meal, and worked with me on exactly what we needed. And tonight I just went in to pick up some cake. The Carrot cake is divine, so moist! And the icing is wonderful! The chocolate cake is super rich and dense, with thick creamy ganache frosting. A little rich for my taste but my daughter scarfs it up! Russos gives good large slices, very well worth your money. All the employees so far are great. But especially Oscar, the kitchen manager, always goes above and beyond. Excellent customer service!! Update 2: Just tried the new pizza roles (my daughter calls them pizza 'rose') and you MUST order them!! Stuffed with pepperoni and ooey gooey cheese... they pack a wallop of flavor. SO good!

Not only is their service awesome but the food is great. I got the large slice of pizza and you would think pizza is pizza but here it’s so much different. It is just the best pizza I’ve ever ate and they have this truffle cheese that is to die for. And the man that waited on me was super nice and super attentive just all-around a great place.

This is not a bad little pizza place at all. We enjoy their specialty gluten-free pizzas they are quite tasty! They have a nice small bar with a perfect TV that is down nice and low, easy to watch. We typically just drink a glass of the house wine and we enjoy it. But they do have a nice full bar menu as well as a full restaurant menu

I love their toasted bread dips in olive oil, garlic, parsley and pepper. For the main course I ordered a half anchovy half prosciutto pizza. Everyone likes different topings, but i sure liked what i ordered. I was going to go for a tiramisu for desert, but I stuffed myself with my friend's left over slices. The service is great, I met the manager of this location. He's from Brazil.

This was our second time eating at this location, and I just have to say it once again exceeded expectations! The ambience is classy without being pretentious, very clean, with lots of comfortable seating options. We had attentive and friendly service and our food came out very quickly. They definitely serve generous portions here while still managing not to skimp on freshness and quality. You can literally taste the difference-- this is a wonderfully authentic Italian restaurant from the seasoned olive oil bread dip to the homemade pestos and marinara sauce, there is no substitute! If you love Italian food and variety, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

I tried the baked ziti, the chicken piccata, chicken alfredo and the eggplant parmesan all of them were very good. The tortellini brondo soup was delicious and my daughters spaghetti and meatball. I felt that the food was made right and the to go packaging was perfect. My only one star loss was I only got one slice of bread with all of those pasta dishes but the slice was good. I've had the pizza before and the garlic knots is definitely a restaurant you would like to try for a good Italian meal.
