Overly busy Starbucks. Parking is continuously blocked by the Drive-Thru lane. Good service. Clean and no order mistakes.
ordered a caramel frappe with whip, drink came out watery at first, but the barista, madi or maddy (?) was a genuine sweetheart, and helped me out even in the middle of a really busy rush, she took time to take care of my order, as well as served with a smile will definitely be coming back! drink was very delicious, (the second time around) :))
I've been visiting this SB for years. It has always been great. Lines can be long in the drive-thru, but honestly, that's all SB.
The bad reviews complaining that their drinks “aren’t made right” are just people who are mad that they weren’t able to scam the system. There are recipes for how much chai or espresso or milk to put in each drink according to size. Just because you ask for light ice or no ice, doesn’t mean you get extra ingredients for free. If people don’t want to pay the high prices for these drinks i understand, but then they shouldn’t be going to starbucks at all. To complain and bash these hard workers who don’t have any say in the price or ingredients for these drinks is just ridiculous. These baristas do a great job and work very hard. I’m so happy they have electronic tips now because they definitely deserve them seeing as they have to deal with the people leaving this pathetic reviews below.
I asked for a doppio or undertow, which is 2 shots of espresso layered (my version) sweet cream and have caramel drizzle in the bottom of the cup. It's hot out miss on the taste side to the barista. Well this time the barista made it so hot it burned my mouth. I went back through the drive through to ask for a shot of milk or sweet cream and the barista started serving with me saying it'll ruin the drink so I offered to pay for the shot of cream and he refused. When I pulled up to the window the guy at the window was kind, her took my drinks, put some cream in it and I gave the guy $5 to give to the barista (because it seemed like he was having a bad day) the kind guy asked me if I was die I wanted to give it to him, I did yes but the barista wouldn't accept it! Unbelievable!
Ohh and their chocolate cake pops are so awesome!

Oh my stars 🤩! This is one of the best Starbucks I have been to in a while! The barista made my trenta iced chia perfectly 🤤! And the bathrooms were SPOTLESS! Way to go 👏

This starbucks is pretty decent but is always packed with people which I understand because, who doesn't need their coffee fix in the morning. Customer service is good but the employees look fairly tired and burnt out
I love the trenta Chai latte it's so good with no ice and the cold brew is so good it stays cold over 30 minutes I love them getting my order right. GOBLESS
I've been coming here for 2 years now since moving out here and I love this starbucks. They take the time to remember you and are very very nice.
Quick and friendly service. My iced latte tasted great. There wasn't a lot of inside seating which is fine, but there was a little mess at one table which was a bit disappointing.
This starbucks is awesome! I love the trenta chai latte! its very much possible that you get order a chai latte in a TRENTA size!🤩
