Awesome! I got there at 9:00 and they close at 9:30. They were gracious about the timing and treated us with grace. Our waiter, Carter, was on his first day as a waiter and he did an amazing job. The food was delicious!
This place is amazing! I had the cheese enchiladas, the sauce was so good. Been trying to find a great Tex-mex in Tomball and we finally have one!!!
Amazing food and very reasonable prices. Portions are just right and their green salsa is beyond delicious. Wait staff took great care of us, drinks were never empty and great bonus was the ice cold ice cream on the way out. We'll be back again and again!

The food was awesome!!! Nice to have something new in Tomball besides the fast food circuit. Reasonably priced as well, and FREE Ice cream for dessert for the kiddos. We will be back for sure!

We LOVE Aguirre’s! The food is delicious, very reasonably priced, and beautifully presented. It’s always happy hour, and the margaritas are delicious!
We love to support this restaurant because of its service, and quality, but also because it’s not a big chain.
We've driven by this place forever and finally came in tonight and now I'm mad we didn't try this place sooner. First off the staff was so friendly from the hostess to our waiter and even the guy who brought chips and salsa (which was constantly refilled and we never ran out). The food was so delicious. This is a must try place!

The food was exceptional. I got the chimi & changa with shredded chicken. With the signature charro beans. It was lovely and spicy in a good way. Amazing flavors and went well with one another. I would recommend this to anyone. The food was cooked perfectly and came out fast and hot! Give Aguirre's Tex-Mex a try and you will not regret it!

My wife and I ate here last night and we had the best experience at this location. We have been long time Aguirres customers and we have never gotten out to this location. Last night was our first. Our server Aracley was one of the best servers I have ever had. Her communication skill were outstanding. Not only that, My wife was having a tough time deciding whether she wanted pork or fajita beef and Aracley without fail, offered to bring her a sample of each in order to help better her decision. That was the first time any server has offered such thing! We were so appreciative of that, as many times when you order something, it may not be what you expected. From the drink orders to the final bill she was fantastic! Manager Dashaun was very attentive to our needs during our meal. At the end of the meal we couldn't help but pass the compliments to Manger Dashaun. We will definitely be back This is one of the most well run restaurants I have been to in a while. If you have never been to Aguirres, I encourage you to go. The food is outstanding along with the service that is provided. Thank you for an outstanding meal.

Excellent food here. Really like the pork tacos on the appetizers menu. The chicken fajitas were also good.
Update 11/12/23: tried the Sunday Special tonight. It was a combination plate. Very good for less than $17.
I love the food. I have not been disappointed with any meal I have had yet. The staff is always friendly and perfectly attentive. There is a few things that need to be cleaned or repaired in the dinning area but nothing major or excessive. My family dose enjoy eating here and the great daily specials.
Our server Savannah was amazing!!! Great service!! Very sweet and knowledgeable.
The food was also really good and Savannah did a great job explaining some meals.
I got the Saturday special - seafood bowl it was so so good.
10/10 I will be back here!
First visit, wife had Plato Vaqueros and I had Plato Guzman. No complaints---everything was spot on, hot and tasty---ground beef enchilada and taco, shredded chicken taco, etc. I don't like beans but the charo beans were good. Good portions for the price, service was good. Definitely our new go to spot for Tex Mex --- please keep it up!

Outstanding! We loved everything about this place! The waitress was extremely helpful in regards to the menu. The chips were yummy and salty. The seafood dip recommended by the waitress..... incredible! We both had tacos. Stuffed and Delectable! The best part was honestly the Sangria Margarita! It was sweet and chilling.
We came early in the day so there was no traffic inside. It was probably the way to go. Our food came very quickly. I can tell that this place must be packed on evenings and weekends! And they deserve it
You can't go wrong if you eat here!
Best find ever!! We were on our way from Magnolia back to Katy and were craving Mexican and Margaritas. Service was outstanding and food was delicious. We were greeted by a handsome young man and then treated to free guacamole as first time guests from the manager Lei. Our server Aracely was so attentive and gave the best food recommendations! $1.50 Monday Margaritas were delicious. We will definitely be back!!

I'm not really a fajita girl. My husband orders then and I'm fine grabbed some of the grilled onions and a slice or two of the beef, but today I had a taste for some. I ordered the fajita del mar then sat in my car to wait. When my order was brought out I was advised there was a mistake in ringing my order up so they "added extra" to my bag! That was an awesome surprise. I love when an establishment acknowledges an error and corrects it. Even better when I'm not aware of it and they take onus. Major kudos for that. The food was delicious! The sauce on the fajita meat was perfectly seasoned as was the meat itself. I tried charro beans instead of my usual go to, refried beans, and was glad I did. I nearly finished my cup of beans before I finished unpacking the bag. They were so good! I do not give 5 stars all willy-nilly so trust the stars provided were earned. I will definitely be visiting this location again.
Husband and l came this afternoon and we were one of only a few customers. I don’t see why, because the food was great! I’m not a fan of Tomball, but this place is one to come back to! The plates are the Fajita bowl and Plato Guzman.
Cheese enchiladas with poblano sauce were so delicious I also had black beans well seasoned with herbs. Service was excellent and very quick. My margarita was perfect.
We observed a small wait staff when we visited Aguirre's. The hostess got a bad look from whom should have been our waitress because she already had too many tables. However, the manager ended up waiting on us and he was very good.
The food was pretty good and the prices haven't changed (yet) since inflation hit. I did the loaded fajita chimichanga, my fiancee got the chicken fajitas and my daughter got the kid nachos. Everything was cooked correctly and tasted great.
Good experience that was only slightly affected by the bare bones wait staff. Great manager.
I work close to this place and I love you come here during lunch. I love how they have lunch specials for each day of the week. The place is well kept and the service there is great too! I usually order the street tacos. I love the taco street sauce that comes with it too. If you are like me, and looveeee spicy, the street taco sauce is a must. I ask for it when I order my drink so I have it to eat with my chips. I have also came for drinks after work and let me tell you.. those drinks are delicious! I usually get the mango margarita or strawberry margarita with tajin on the rim. My drinks are always Served just right. I hate super sweet drinks and this one gives you the perfect kick for a margarita. I enjoy coming to this place.
We travel alot and eat at alot of restaurants and this is our favorite Mexican restaurant. When we first arrived and sat down, it was already a great experience. And it became even greater with the service. We thought it couldn't get any better until our food arrived. The food was amazing. Large quantities. The food was neatly staged on the plate. Fair prices. Since it was our first time here they gave us a special treat. Don't know if they always do that so don't just expect it. But the server and manager are very generous.
PS. On your way out or in. They have free icecream cones! Yes! I said icecream that you can put in your own cone.
There's an old addage: good, fast or cheap - choose two. That absolutely does not apply here! The food was amazing and it came out super fast. Our server was very attentive and nice. Overall, great experience!
on our way to a concert yesterday, we dropped in for our first time at this restaurant. We had excellent service, everyone was very friendly and attentive, the food was great and came out quickly, along with fast refills of drinks, chips and salsa. I'd recommend coming here.
