I rarely rate an IHOP good. This location was absolutely amazing. It is rush hour, super packed and everything was seamless. We were seated quickly. Greeted quickly, served hot food quickly. I was so impressed I had to tell the manager what a great job the entire team did. Plus it was clean and sanitized. I vote #1 IHOP for customer service, hot food and cleanliness.
It's was dinner time and there wasn't many customers. The staff took great care of us and the food was awesome! Came back for breakfast on 07-06 and they now offer taco pancakes. A bit different but tasty. Xiomara was our server and she got us in and out quickly!
Went on a Sunday morning after an early church service and it was extremely busy. Even though there were lots of people waiting, we were able to be seated as a party of 9 in less than 20 minutes. Very impressive. Service was great and the food was very good. Friendly staff!
The food, service, and atmosphere were all great. They were very busy and handled it flawlessly. They even had a wonderful lady making balloon sculptures for the kids!. We will be back.
Great experience, haven’t had an IHOP experience like this. Everyone around me was pleased. Every server was pleasant. My server Jose M did great. Every IHOP should be like this!
This establishment was clean but surprisingly empty. We were seated quickly, and the food was good. The waitress who waited our table was friendly, personable, attentive, and provided quick service.
Needless to say, we had a good experience at this location.
Fantastic service, we were seated very quickly and got our food fast, even though it was a busy Saturday morning. The staff was extremely friendly and very hard working.
We had a great experience. Food was so good I didn’t even have time go take pictures, coffee was also good. Customer service was great 10/10 Milton gave us amazing service super attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!
Excellent waiter that we had enjoyed our later diner /chocolate run. Would recommend the chicken biscuits and the refill hot chocolates.
We have Sunday breakfast at Sir James' IHOP weekly. Yes, our greeter sets the mood for us. He sees one of our cars and immediately begins to set our table with a smile as big as the moon. I jokingly told our friends we were attending Sir James' church of IHOP. But, to our surprise James wasn't on duty due to cuts in hours for employees there. He's one reason we aren't at Waffle House. Another reason is our waitresses. They come with our beverages and a smile. Yes, I know, you want to sell different things but we have one who eats and drinks the same thing no matter what. Two of us do try things but we have favorites. And, our fourth surprises us every time. You have early Sunday regulars followed by just got up regulars and then latecomers. Please don't mess up a good thing. James and our two waitresses are the joy.
Gina was our server and went above and beyond for us on our first visit to this location. She was so friendly and attentive. She made our experience so memorable. The food came out quickly and tasted very good as well.
Nice place needs an update. Much better than ones I have gone to in the past.

Mr. Pedro was my waiter, and he did an excellent job. My family will most definitely visit this location again. The cheesecake waffles were amazing. 👍💯⭐️
This location is great for customer service as well as food. Every time we arrive James has our table ready and waiting. The waitresses know us so well our drinks come before we can ask. We even have them ready to take our orders, knowing one never changes, one usually changes, and we sometimes split between two of us. It's a great morning spot. Seniors to babies. The food list they want me to pick from for this review does not include what we eat but everything is good.
I have, maybe, a mixed opinion of the quality of IHOP nationwide, but my visit with my wife and two young sons to this location recently was really good. I found the restaurant clean, fast, staffed with friendly and helpful people, and able to provide tasty food for all of us. We were in a hurry on a Saturday morning, which is a dumb thing to be at an IHOP, but they really came through for us by putting food on the table in less than 20 minutes. They were especially great about engaging with our kids in a friendly way. Great job! Thanks!
