Popeyes in Tomball, TX, must be under new management. It was clean, food came out hot and fast. The manager took my order and was very visible, leading his crew. Good job.
They're kind of hit or miss on how good the food is. I guess day vs. night cook. They're usually fast and friendly, though, and the best Popeyes in the area.
